SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, ___________________, both of legal age, Australian, and with address

at ________________, Australia and ____________, Australia, respectively, after having been
duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby appoints ______________, with address at
______________________, as our lawful Attorney-in-Fact, to act for and in our name and stead
and to do and perform the special powers indicated below with regard to our parcel of land with
an area of _____ sqm covered by ______________ located at ____________________ (the
“Subject Property”), with the following technical description:

As the absolute and registered owners of the Subject Property, we are authorizing
____________________ to perform the following:

1. To negotiate, transact with the existing amd future occupants of any portion of the Subject
Property;

2. To negotiate, transact, and lease, for such price and under such terms and conditions, as
said attorney-in-fact may deem proper, to any lessee any portion of the Subject Property;

2. To receive payments or obtain all the necessary and relevant documents pertinent to said
lease with all lessees, interested persons, entity or government agency;

3. To make, execute, and sign for and on our behalf any lease agreement and other
documents necessary to make the lease effective;

4. To represent apply, deal, process and pay with any other government agency the
necessary fees and taxes with any government agency concerned;

5. To appoint or authorize any competent person in the Philippines who can act and do all
the enumerated acts in Nos. 1 to 4; and

6. To do all other acts necessary in connection with the above-specified special powers.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full powers and authority to
do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority
to the above-described property, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully
do if personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that the said attorney or his
substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
