Archangel Raphael

AA Raphael comes in a vibrant green energy.

He is the Archangel of healing and helps you
to heal on all levels of your being: mind,
body and soul.

He helps you recognize the learning lessons

and truth behind any wounds or challenges
on your journey. He brings you a deep sense
of peace and love for yourself and for
everything around you.

He often works with your heart chakra, to

help it open up and to expand the
unconditional love and peace that is held
within it. He helps you see your own truth
and connects you with your Divine love, so
that you may lead and be guided on this
journey through the calling and desires of
your heart. Archangel Michael

AA Michael comes in a deep blue coloured

energy. He is the Archangel of protection and
comfort. He helps you to step outside of your
comfort zone on your journey, which often
brings up feelings of fear and doubt.

AA Michael’s role is to help you release any

fears or doubts, and to help you feel safe in
venturing out into the unknown. In this way,
he brings you so much support and comfort
on your journey of discovering yourself and
taking the action that is needed to create the
life that you desire and deserve.

Call on AA Michael whenever you feel unsure

of the next step or feel stuck. He will help
bring in a sense of peace, calmness and
reassurance. He will walk alongside you,
reminding you that you are never alone, and
bringing you the courage to step outside of
your comfort zone so you can grow and
expand into who you’re meant to be.

Archangel Jophiel

AA Jophiel comes in a beautiful magenta-

pink energy. She brings a sense of beauty
and love into all areas of your life, but
particularly for yourself. She helps you see
and recognize your magnificence. She helps
you see your Divine nature and helps you
feel confident in yourself and all that you
have to offer to the world.

AA Jophiel helps you connect to the feelings

of deep love, respect and joy for your Self.
She helps you to stand in your power and
encourages you to see just how amazing you
are.

She encourages you to take time for

yourself, to enjoy the beauty of the world,
and to fill yourself up with the peace and
presence of love from the Divine to help
guide the way forward.
Archangel Uriel

AA Uriel comes to you in a soft gold and white

energy. Archangel Uriel can appear in both a
masculine or a feminine energy, whichever is
most needed for you when you connect with
Uriel.

Archangel Uriel helps bring you clarity on your

journey by connecting you with the truth and
wisdom from your soul and the Universe. AA
Uriel helps you see the Divine truth and higher
perspective in all situations and helps you
recognize the important role that you play in
the creation of your life.

AA Uriel brings you so much wisdom and

often works with your higher chakras, to open
them up the receiving this wisdom from the

Archangel Ariel

AA Ariel comes to you in a soft green energy.

She is deeply connected with Mother Earth,
including all of nature’s creations such as
animals, plants and elemental energy.

Archangel Ariel helps you stay grounded to

your physical body. She helps you bring and
anchor in the Divine light from the Universe,
so that your life is filled with the high
vibrations of love, joy and peace. AA Ariel
also connects you with the wisdom of
Mother Earth and anchor in her supportive
energy.

AA Ariel helps you with manifesting and

bringing in your desires into your physical
reality by guiding you in taking inspired
action and being a vibrational match to your
desires.
Archangel Metatron

AA Metatron comes in a purple and green

energy. His role is to help release and clear
any thoughts, beliefs or energy that is being
held within your energetic field that are not
serving you on this journey. He works with
sacred geometry and a Merkaba cube to
connect with you the powerful energies of the
Universe and release what no longer serves
you.

AA Metatron helps you shift beliefs and helps

you remember the truth of who you are and
what you’re meant to be doing. He helps you
see things from different perspectives. He
shines his light onto you, so that you may
shine your own light out into the world,
without anything holding you back or keeping
you small.

meant for you as you walk your journey.

How to connect with the Archangels
We all have the ability to connect with the Archangels and form
our own special relationship with them! It all starts with having
the desire and intention to connect with them. They are always
available to us and willing to connect and guide us on our
journey.

Here is a simple step-by-step process that you can follow to

start building your connection with the Archangels:

1. Invite them in and ask them for guidance or any

questions you have
Start by tuning in and seeing which Archangel you are being
drawn to connect with or that feels like the best one for
whatever you are specifically seeking guidance on.

If you’re unsure, then you can simply ask for any Archangel to
connect with you and the one that is in most resonance with
your energy right now will come forward.

Next, you can say: “Dear Archangel ____, please come forward to
help me and guide me for my highest good”

Tune in and see if you can feel their energy and their presence.
Even if you don’t feel anything, know that they are there with you
and listening to you.

Tell them what you need guidance on or whatever questions are

on your mind that you are seeking answers for.

2. Look for the signs
Once you’ve shared how you desire to be supported and guided,
ask the Archangel to show you the signs and messages in
response to what you asked. You can do this in two different
way.

The first way is that you can ask for a specific sign as a
confirmation for a path that you desire to take. For example,
seeing angel numbers, butterflies, rainbows, or anything else
that you choose to be your “sign”.

The second way is to ask for guidance to show up in a way that

will lead you to the next right step. For example, you ask for
guidance on how you can continue to grow your intuitive
abilities and deepen your spiritual connection. The guidance you
receive might come in the form of a book that keeps getting your
attention (you’re meant to read the book!), or it might come in
the form of a coach/mentor that you meet and you start
following their content and you find what they’re teaching is
exactly what you needed.

There are many different ways you can receive guidance from
the Archangels. Know that your intention to receive this
guidance opens up your awareness to the signs that come
forward. The Archangels always communicate with you in a way
that you’ll understand. Their signs and guidance are undeniable
and you will NEVER miss them!

3. Notice how you feel
The Archangels not only help you by guiding the way forward on
your journey, but they also help you by instantly shifting your
energy and raising your vibration.

If you are feeling doubtful, low in your self-worth, unsure of your

abilities, or anything else that makes you feel lower vibe and
disconnected from joy, you can ask the Archangels for guidance
and support to shift that energy.

When you ask for this, tune in and notice how your thoughts
begin to change. Notice how the energy around you begins to
feel different. Notice how you begin to remember all of the
wonderful things about you, your path and the lessons you’ve
learned along the way.

When you tune in and notice the changes in how you feel, you
can be certain that the Archangels are working their magic with
you, connecting with you and helping you rise up above the old
feelings and connect back to joy and love.

 Why connecting with the
Archangels is important for your
expansion
As I mentioned in the previous section, connecting with the
Archangels is a powerful way to raise your vibration. As you
continue on your spiritual journey and create a deeper
connection with your spirituality and the Universe, you are
expanding your consciousness. And connecting with the
Archangels is one amazing way to facilitate this expansion.

As your consciousness expands, so does your knowing and

remembering of who you truly are on a soul level. As your
vibration raises, you are able to more clearly receive and access
the wisdom of your Higher Self. You are able to embody the
spiritual gifts and abilities that are unique to you and that
you have come here to share with the world.

The Archangels are here specifically to help us heal and become

who we came here to be: our true, Divine, authentic Self.

By connecting with the Archangels, you are able to heal and

work through any blocks and challenges much more quickly.
Which means that you are able to move forward on your journey
much easier without getting stuck anywhere for too long.

The Archangels always know EXACTLY what you need and

they ALWAYS show up for us, to help us, to guide us and to
support us.

A weekly practice to connect with the Archangels:

To help maintain and grow your connection to the Archangels,

here is a practice for you to include in your routine at least once
per week, although you can do this as often as you’d like to!

Take some time either first thing in the morning or at the

very end of the day, when you are able to sit quietly and
uninterrupted.

Call in the Archangels and ask them to surround you. Feel

their peaceful and loving presence.

Tell them what you desire to feel and accomplish for that
day/week.

Feel how they start bringing in the energy to support you

through that. And then ask them to show you signs and
guidance to help you throughout your days.

End this session by offering them your love and gratitude for
their presence and support.
