exports $ 110 million annually, out of which our share in globally export of shoes is only 0.001
percent. We estimate that total shoes market of Pakistan is worth Rs 250 billion and out of which
shoes worth Rs 100 billion is imported mostly from china.

The demand for shoes is increasing day and day, and every brand is trying to get something new
for the customer in the market. Any brand sees the demand of people before bring the new
product in market. And for that it should be search on the market. Only then that will succeed to
run the business.

We are starting the shoes business and we will gain access to our competitors in this business,
because we are bringing the modern shoes in the market. Women require fashionable and
comfortable shoes. Therefore, we are bringing the unique style in women footwear, in this
unique system we are setting the adjustable heel system with the shoes, it means high heel will
change in short heel and vice versa. This system will give the comfortable time to the women at
whole day. This system easily work any woman any where easily change the heel if she has face
any problem during the journey and any function.

For make the market strategy any type brand take the support of segmentation. Through the
segmentation we can collect the information of these areas where we are going to open our
business. Therefore we are use segmentation to target their customer. We feel that it is most
important part of marketing. We are segment their products Demographic, Geographic,
Psychographic and Behavioral base.

Demographic segmentation: The easiest and simplest type of market segmentation is the
demographic segmentation. Any company before start the business use this segmentation to
know the population of that region where it has to sell its products. Basically it distributes the
populations based on variables. Apart from this, demographical segmentation have their own
variables such as Age, gender, family size, income, occupation, religion, race, nationality etc.
We are targeting the only upper class or middle class families and in which involves those girls
or women their age are more than 15 and it has not depend, that they are belong to any religious,
occupation and race. Whether they are Muslims or non-Muslims and indeed belong to any field,
such as banker, teacher, doctor and lawyer but our job is to sell our products based on our skills

Geographic segmentation: We'll divide the people on the basis of geographically in geographic
segmentation and it is the type of market segmentation. We are open our shop at Susan road in
Faisalabad. Because at this areas many families belong to high class or middle class level and
easily parking area are available on the front of every shop. And therefore we are open our shop
in city area because many rich family belong to city area instead of rural area.

Behavioral segmentation: We'll divide the people on the basis of behavior and decision
making pattern in behavioral segmentation . We shall be targe two distinct groups of women It
will include high or middle class professional women workers and housewives. While anything
related to women's fashion of both groups is very serious during the shopping. Mostly the
professionals related women will also purchase the shoes that was business attire. And while the
housewives mostly purchase the fashionable but more casual shoes.

Psychographic segmentation: Segmentation of Psychographic is depend on the lifestyle of


people, it includes people interests, activities, as well as attitude it has define the market
segment. It is enough but it is similar to behavioral segmentation. Through this segmentation we
can also take the psychological aspects of consumer buying behavior. Because of this we will be
able to know about consumer lifestyle, social standing etc. And we shall sale the innovative
footwear for professional workers or housewives women which will be relate to their life style.
And it will bring the change in women life style and give the comfortable feeling.

Answer: In my opinion, there is a hotel on Sumundari road that is called “Al Aziz Hotel”.
Basically the owner of “Al Aziz” starts from a little tea shop. Then he does hard work on this
shop day and night and gradually then becomes a pan shop, After this he does hard work on this
and then buy the place of one acar on the sumundari road and then does hard work on his pan
shop and gradually built a hotel on the sumundari road. Then he does a hard work on this hotel.
He treats with his servants very politely And that’s why he got a great success in his business. He
left no obstacles in his hard working. And he got success in his business.
Now a days the Al Aziz hotel is very famous in Faisalabad. The menu of “Al Aziz” hotel is like,
