Introduction
Established in 2003, Outfitters is a fashion brand created for the spirited
youth of Pakistan who enjoy indulging in the latest lifestyle trends; be it
style, music, technology or social networking, as a means to express
themselves. Outfitters has separate product lines in order to cater to all
segments and their demands - men, women and juniors. Within each line we
offer a wide array of products which caters to a variety of different styles
and preferences, from highly fashionable, on trend pieces to athleisure
garments to more casual, every day attire and basic apparel. Today, after 17
years of meeting the public’s demand for on trend western wear in Pakistan,
Outfitters has managed to successfully set up 120+ stores across 20 cities in
Pakistan as well as, a rapidly growing online store, all of which have been
carefully merchandised to cater to our customers, allowing them to build a
wardrobe that expresses them and their personal style.

MISSION, VISION & OBJECTIVE


Mission Statement:

The mission statement of the company says that “Be the customers’ preferred
apparel choice for upcoming trends and fashion, in an affordable price range”.

Vision Statement:

While there is no authority vision statement for Outfitters yet. Notwithstanding,


the organization shows that it is "committed to moving clients through a special
mix of item, innovativeness and social agreement."

Objective:
So, if we talk about Outfitters specifically, they really focus on the
customer loyalty and try to fulfil the requirements of their customers and try to
provide the positive shopping experience to make them satisfy, so that they
become the regular part of their business. To address the issues of the primary
segment, Outfitters guarantees that it just supplies its client with the highest point
of reach brands and at the most serious rates. The products supplied by this
organization are top of the line, regardless of whether for men or ladies or falling
in the magnificence, extras or some other classes. Truth be told, the organization
does more to guarantee fulfillment among its customers by offering them returns
and trades choices for any things that fall beneath their assumptions.

that won’t lose the interest of their customers and through this they minimize
the risk of loss in their business.

With business creativity, you get to solve problems faster and easier than ever
before. It helps you discover unique ideas that will keep your users interested
and engaged, which is vital to your business success. So, if we relate this point
of creativity with outfitters. We can clearly observe that outfitters would really
come up with creative and innovative ideas. Their creativity really differentiates

Honesty plays really important role in development of any business. It is like


what we say and what we do. So, if we imply it to outfitters, they really ensure

featuring about, they really work on their quality management for this purpose,

CEO:

The chairman or CEO of outfitters is Kamran Khursheed. He was the


founder of outfitters which is been established in 2003. He manages all the
work of company initially. As he is the CEO of outfitters so he gets the credit
for the success of outfitters in Pakistan.

Directors:

In an organization it is important to appoint directors so that they


oversees the work of managers and also manages other important decisions
of company. The directors are the most important part for the success or
failure of any company, so that’s why they have to make their decisions wisely

Managing Directors:

Managing directors also plays an important role in the


success of the organization as they gets instructions from the Directors and
then gives instruction to the managers so that the managers would act wisely
on their instructions.

Managers:

As outfitters is an clothing brand and is one of the biggest brand in


Pakistan so it has many branches or outlets so in every outlet there is a
manager who manages the outlets arrange so that customer would get
attracted and can also get feedbacks from customers and the customer might
have any query so there must be a manager present there.

Workers:
Workers are the staff which manages the product in outlets arrange
them in an organized way they also deals customers. There are more than 5
workers present in any branch of outfitters. The workers of the company gets
directions from their outlet manager who is also present in the outlet to solve
any problem of workers.

STRENGTHS:

The brand believes in trendy outfits and they also believe in variety. They try to
show their uniqueness by launching new styles and trends every season. And
their unique design philosophy is what makes them unique from their
competitors. For this particular product category Outfitters can charge high
prices because the consumers of this cannot get trendy plus size clothing
anywhere. With the help of this new line extension, they can have a competitive
edge which no direct competitor is offering. Secondly, since the brand is
catering to youth and to people who are into western wear, they can use this as
an advantage and by launching this they can have loyal customers, because
some of their already existing customers are not satisfied with the comfort level
of their outfits, so they can use it at their advantage.
Thirdly, talking about the visual merchandising of Outfitters it is very appealing
and they follow the same theme in all of their stores around the country, which
is the use of wooden interior, which is quite appealing and gives good sign to
the customer and the ambiance and the customer service is also very good,
which can actually make their customers come back and encourage repeat
buying.

Prices which Outfitters charge are quite reasonable, even the trendiest shoes or
clothes are quite reasonable for someone who belongs to upper-middle class
can easily afford it. And Outfitters strongly believes in value for money and that
is incorporated in their merchandize.

WEAKNESSES:

The promotional campaign of Outfitters is not very effective; they do not follow
a theme or anything or they are not very appealing which increases the urge of
the buyer to go and visit the outlet and even have a look at the merchandize.
The sizes which are being offered in Outfitters are not very comfortable to wear;
the large size is actually the medium if we compare it with international brands.

OPPORTUNITIES:
Outfitters can make strategies for promotions in order to maintain its current
customers and attract potential customers.

Secondly, innovation can help Outfitters to produce unique products and even
work on their services that meet their customer’s changing needs.

Thirdly, new products or few more line extensions can help them expand their
business more. Since they are already dealing in a lot of line extensions, they
have experience in that, they can come up with new line extension as well.
Outfitters has recently opened its store in Dubai, they can also consider opening
their stores in countries like U.S and U. K
THREATS:
The intense competition in the market, Pakistani market is expanding day by
day, and it is moving towards western trends so regardless of what the age of
the person might be everyone is into western wear. So, every single brand is
coming up with western wear. To deal with this Outfitters need to enter new
market and capture new customers.

CENTRALIZATION AND DECENTRALIZATION
