2. Company Information:-
2.1Company Description:
Wear Zone is a startup clothing manufacturing company located in Lahore. The idea for the company
stems from a group of University Students who are active in the surf and skating. As we know that these
industries have grown tremendously in recent years, the target market has an affinity for clothing
designed for fellow active lifestyle athletes. The core philosophy of Wear Zone and its clothing line is
harmony — harmony of mind, harmony of purpose, and harmony in humility. When individuals are
united in their mission, they are supported and welcomed despite their flaws. Customers who purchase
"Wear Zone Products" make a deliberate decision to become a vital member of a community devoted to
the greater benefit of mankind.

3.2 Competition:
In the apparel industry, there is a lot of competition. Large firms such as Outfitters, Iron Gear, Spartan
Fitness, Nomad Apparel are direct competitors. All of these competitors have expanded significantly in
size, and they are no longer primarily focused on the active lifestyle sector. Wear Zone/ Tiger Wear
Zone__ will carve out a niche for itself by focusing solely on the active lifestyle market.
The indirect rivalry is diverse and involves all types of garment makers. We don't regard these
competitors as a significant threat because our target market appreciates brand loyalty and favors non-
mainstream brands.

3.3 Pricing:
Depending on the target segment, price may be the single determinant in purchase decisions. Our brand
consists of manufacturers, distributors and retailers dealing in clothing and specific outfits targeted at
different consumer segments. Wear Zone set a skimming price to generate revenue. Wear Zone deals
with lifestyle and designed products and charges a price i.e. ranges from 1500 to 2500 Rs / suit or
whatever product you want to order.
Many consumers seek low prices when shopping for Wear Zone clothing. Sometimes, Customers are
willing to sacrifice quality for affordability and are less likely to be loyal to specific brands. When
multiple bundled products are sold together at a single low price, it can convey a sense of additional cost
efficiency for budget shoppers. Focus on cost control for this pricing strategy to continually push prices
lower over time. Rely on economies of scale, driven by the relatively high volume of low-profit pricing
strategies, to squeeze out small per-unit profits.

required for product design and development, sales managers, and order fulfillment. Sales will be handled
by outside sales representatives. When the firm has expanded sufficiently, a CEO and CFO will be

for each position. Background checks will be utilized for designated positions. Recruiting efforts will
always center on referrals.

10.2 Management team:

Owner ———— will serve as President and will be in charge of all elements of the company's
management and operations. Management overhead will be kept to a minimum, and all managers will be
"hands-on" workers. There are no aspirations to establish a top-heavy structure that drains revenues and
complicates decision-making.
Our company will be owned by Ayesha waqarr . Ayesha waqar began her Wear Zone career at the age
of 17 working in a social media platform and earned her way through college as a seller of Wear Zone
products at a small scale. After earning her degree, she worked for an organization . In these

11. Risks and Mitigation Plan:-

Machinery for constructing our product are as following:
❖ Knitting machine
❖ Label making machine
❖ Textile dyeing machine
❖ Fabric cutting machine
❖ Stitching machine
During fabrication, several challenges such as unexpected burning owing to high electricity pressure and
a textile dyeing machine's gas cylinder turned into water due to increased cooling in winter are feasible.
These challenges have a detrimental influence on the company. In order to deal with these mitigations, we
employ stabilizers for electric gear and avoid using gas in the winter.
A substantial number of people may quit our organization in the future, which will be a significant loss
for us. In this case, we’ll contact the Nike sports clothing sector in search of new competent workers.
When it comes to inflation, politics, rupee-dollar rate swings, law and order, electricity availability, and
internet access, the business is condensed. In this event, the organization forms a special committee to
monitor the situation. A variety of tasks cause disruption in the workplace, such as:-

❖ Technological changes:
Manufacturing, communication, purchasing, sales, and advertising have all become easier and
more successful for our company as a result of technological advancements.
❖ Government regulations:
The government regulates business by requiring safe working conditions and minimum wage
laws
Like; all advertising or Marketing efforts  to be truthful, fair labor standard (child labor bans),
protect your business name, symbol and logo  by applying for a trademark.
❖ Economical Challenges:
Economical challenges affects on our business includes; Like
Taxes: High marginal tax rates can discourage work, saving, investment, and innovation,
while specific tax preferences can affect the allocation of economic resources. But tax cuts can
also slow long-run economic growth by increasing deficits.
Demands and supplies: If demand decreases and supply remains the same, the Lower demand
leads to a Lower equilibrium price.
Inflation: When prices rise, it doesn't just affect consumers, businesses end up paying more to
buy products. Plus, employees will ask to be paid more to compensate for increasing inflation.
Recession: This means your business might find it more difficult to generate its usual sales, and
you'll need to cut costs accordingly. Businesses are less likely to invest in new products,
employees might be made redundant, and overheads are slashed to account for a reduction in
profit.
Interest rate: when interest rates have fallen significantly, consumers and businesses will
increase spending, causing stock prices to rise.

❖ Interiorly organizational changes:

Sometimes involve changes to company culture, essential technologies, organizational structure,
or major initiatives and goals. They can be thought of as the fine-tuning of processes and business
strategies.
❖ No skilled individuals
Some causes of lack of individuals in our organization are as following;
Qualifications mismatch: workers do not have the necessary education, training or experience to
fill vacancies.
Preferences mismatch: they may have adequate qualifications, but do not want to do a particular
job because of inadequate pay, status or working conditions.
So Skills of the employees are less as compared to the organization and its technology or market
competitors. This is the most serious problem of our organization.

❖ Talented people taking a decision to leaves the organization:

One of the main reasons top performers leave is because they feel their career advancement isn't
going as planned. "It doesn't matter if they like what they're working on, who they're working
with and are compensated fairly or more than fairly"

12. Strategic Alliances:-

Wear Zone has formed many key alliances that will aid in the company's quick growth and success.
Relationships with marketing specialists, media manufacturers, and distributors are among these.
