Dear Parents / Guardians;
Warm Greetings of peace !

In keeping with our thrust to uplift the spiritual formation of our Grade 3, the First Holy Communion will be
held on December 13, 2019 at 8:00 am , National Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes.
Please be guided of the details pertinent to the reception of the Sacrament.
A. ATTIRE
BOYS: white long-sleeved polo shirt, black pants, black shoes white socks
GIRLS: white dress of any cloth with round neckline, with sleeves and below the knee length
B. PICTORIAL right after the ceremony.
C. Students our requested to bring love offerings for the said activity.
Note :
- The school will provide veils for the girls and bowtie for the boys.
- Collected communion fee will defray expenses like:
 Stipend for the priest (mass & confession )
 Flowers, candles ,carpet and other materials needed by the parish
 Organist/choir
 Veils –boys/bowtie- boys
 Communion souvenirs and communion pictures
- Please submit the following requirements for the said activity to class advisers on or before September
16, 2019 (Monday).
Requirements Description
 Original and photocopy
Birth Certificate (NS0)  Must be issued not later than
6months
To be submitted with long brown
 Original and photocopy
envelop to your child’s adviser on
 Must be issued not later than or before September 16,2019
Baptismal Certificate 6months
 With the annotation “For First
Communion Purposes”
- Failure to submit the requirements on the said date would mean NO COMMUNION.
Feel free to contact your child’s adviser for any concerns and/ clarifications about the said activity and
requirements.
