AFFIDAVIT OF SELF ADJUDICATION

Aereekah Deniesse P. Soriano, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single
and a resident of #3 Justice, Hugo Road, Brgy.Tangub, Bacolod city, after
having been sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

That I am the sole and only surviving legal heir of the late Marie p.
Soriano who died last L January 2020 at Bacolod City, leaving without any
will or debt that has not been settled up to the present;

' That the said deceased at the time of her death left a parcel of
residential land situated at Brgy.Tangub, Bacolod City, which is more
particularly described to wit;

10626-D: and on the West by Lot No. L0626-E, port covered by
ARP No. 2073-77-0017-00632 declored in the nome of Soriano,
Marie P. with on ossessed value of P1, 500, 760.00"

That pursuant to Sec. L Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the

Philippines, I hereby adjudicate unto myself the above described parcel of
land without judicial proceedings as prescribed by the aforementioned
Rules of Court.
