Chapter 3

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

This chapter describes the methology of research study.In this part, it outlines the

research design, sources of data ,research instrument ,data gathering procedure , data

analysis, population and sampling, and ethical consideration research.

Research Design

This study focuses on the opinion , in order to achieve the purpose of this study

which is to determine the viewpoint of home bakers maintaining proper sanitation and

safety food production. The researchers believes that this method will be appreciated.

Because it will focus on gathering of mainly verbal data rather than measurements. In

specific situations the research will use research tools like observation, intervirew, survey

questionnaires and recording.

Source of Data

This study will use primary and secondary source of data. Secondary source data is

internet. Primary data will be from others writings and any other related sources for the

study.

Participant of The Study

Participants of the study are the homebakers from brgy aplaya city of santa rosa

in maintaining proper sanitation and safety food production. Researchers will use

purposive method that focuses on the judgment of researchers and answers of participants

by the given questionnaire.

Research Instrument

The research instrument to used be in conducting the study will be the

questionnaire ,interview type with the instruction that can be easily understood by the

respondents, devices are involved because researchers record the interview by the

participants.

Data Gathering Procedure

In the data gathering procedure, the researchers prepared a permit to conduct the

study that was signed by the principals. Researcher have a permit from the participants to

inform them the purpose of the survey.

Ethical Consederation

Ethical consideration and data analysis, Peter (2015) said that ethical standards will

be maintained throughout the course study by addition ethical attention and awareness

for the procurements of the necessary data. The researchers will personally ask for

consent and set-up and willingness of observation that can raise concerns regarding

privacy and consents, the potential for the identifiability of the results may require extra

efforts to maintain confidentiality.

Data Analysis

In qualitative studies, the precise method of how the data were processed and show

analyzed is desxcribed. Increasingly, a qualitative studies, data collection and analysis to

accomplished by using any one of several data collection and analysis tools.
