This contract will remain valid for 12 months from the date of award of contract. 2. The Price of each article shall remain constant and increase in price will not be allowed during contract period. 3. Taxes, if any applicable may be quoted separately 4. Goods may be delivered within three weeks from the date issue of Purchase Order. 5. Payment shall be released within 30 days from the date of receipt of bills. 6. The Liquidated damage charges @ 0.5% per week shall be imposed if supply is made after delivery period subject to Maximum 10% of total value of order. 7. Price may be quoted on FOR basis to this Institute. The rates will be inclusive of freight. Cartage. etc. Transit insurance etc. Articles Should be packed carefully to prevent damage during transit. 8. Order will be placed as per requirement irrespective of value of order. Supply to be made in full against the order and bill will not be accepted for part supply, Liquidated damage Charges @0.5% per week against short supply shall be imposed. 9. The firm will deposit Rs. 20,000.00 (Rupees Twenty Thousand) only as earnest money alongwith the tender in the shape of DD/FDR. EMD of the firm shall be retained as Security Money, if the contract is awarded. 10.
