How Else Do You See Pandora Expanding?

Specifically, from the perspective of this case study in future Pandora is planning on
broadening listener base, focusing on execution & getting on more devices. By
operating under licensing from the federal government, to negotiate to determine the
future, lastly they are planning to go international. Will play music which listener
wants to hear & will not change nay operation so that the established image doesn’t
get affected will expand on a client mode. They are also planning to deal with
companies such as Ford, Honda, Acura - Home Electronics.

Do You Think Apples Invention Of Their Own Music Radio Will Increase Or
Decrease Their Revenue Considering Pandora Is Already So Well Known?
Apple is very well established brand then Pandora any action taken by Apple would
affect Pandora and will 100% increase the margins for Apple & will decrease the
margins for Pandora. The day apple decide to launch music radio on the same day
Pandora’s Media stocked plunged by 17% and are still not recovered yet.

Even Though Pandora & Many Other Emerging Technologies Are So Vulnerable
To Competition, Why Do You Think Many People Still Choose To Invest In Them?
Because now a days people are getting addicted to words the profit and the services
they are getting from these companies, From both perspectives from an investors and
as well as from the users perspective and I am sure the whatever is going to happen
people will not stop investing because as competition is increasing the ratio or the
margins of profit are also increasing.

Do You Think Pandora Will Be Successful In Other Countries As It Is In The U.S.?

Do You Think It Would Give Them A Competitive Advantage?
In U.S. everyone knows who is the giant and whose action can affect the consumers
first of Pandora needs to establish a well kwon brand image which they are trying to
but it can’t happen over a night so they will be needing more than a year to position
themselves as a competitor of Apple which doesn’t seems realistically possible
because apple is not the only one with whom Pandora have to compete there are
companies as well. They need to look upon How they are marketing and positioning
themselves, as a service business they have to do a strong perceptual positioning by
communicating a strong UAP otherwise they won’t be able to stand anywhere in U.S.

Would You Pay To Use Pandora?

2
At that time seriously speaking I won’t but now they have established their image now
they are offering such good features at very low price $4.99 per month is a lot of
money to ask for music when iTunes radio, iHeart radio and a bazillion other apps
provide similar experiences for free. Now I'd happily pay $4.99 per month for Pandora
One if there were no commercials, no interruptions and unlimited skips.
