I believe that every child should be treated equally.

It is very
important to not pick favorites because that can negatively
affect the child because of other children being jealous or mean.
If you hold another child higher than the rest the other children
begin to take it out on the teachers favorite. I believe that every
child has their own learning style that works best for them.
Some children have visual, verbal, physical, logical, social, and
auditory learning styles. A teacher needs to be mindful of the
many learning styles because the children do not all learn the
same. It is also very important to give the children the best
resources and experiences that you can as they are learning and
growing. I also believe that every child learns at their own pace
but need to be mindful they don't fall too far behind. Even
though it might be hard at times to not want to push them on to
the next development stage it is important to let the children
develop at their own pace. Children will roll over, walk, or talk
when they are ready to and you can’t make them be ready. I
believe that children responsible caregivers to help them as they
learn and grow. Responsible caregivers are loving and caring.
Along with making sure the child is in positive environments and
safe. I believe that children it is very important to creating a
healthy and strong relations with the children. Children feel
more comfortable and more willing to try new things when they
are content with the environment and the person they are with.
If children don’t feel safe, they will struggling during drop off
and struggle throughout the day because they are missing their
caregiver and the relationship, they have with them. My goal is
to have enough knowledge and experience to be the best
teacher I can be for each and every child. Another goal I have is
to be a kind teacher that they children can have fun with, enjoy,
and create a special bond.
