1. Elicit from pupils the names of the four Super Friends.

I. PRE-LESSON 2. Ask pupils to mime their special powers.
3. Prompt what Flash said in the previous episode. *I’m sorry.

2. Elicit which characters pupils can see in the pictures.
3. Play the recording. Pupils listen and read to find out who wins the race (Misty).
4. Pupils compare their ideas in pairs before the class check.
5. Play the recording again. Pause after each frame to check comprehension.
