STATIC OR DYNAMIC

HARRY POTTER - DYMAMIC

ELSA - DYNAMIC

DRACO MALDOY is another good example of a static character. Although he gets many opportunities to
grow and transform for the better, he prefers not to change.

The character EPONINE of Les Miserables (the book) is dynamic.

She is not the same beautiful and spoiled brat girl after her family's business goes bankrupt. She even
assumes the name Jondrette, disheveled young lady who helps his father in in conning the rich
by distributing letters soliciting money.

JEAN VALJEAN is a Dynamic Character

Dynamic because SHREK changed emotionally through his journey and becomes a much more caring
person. He saves Fiona and he is now a nice ogre.

ASLAN is very much a round, static character, throughout the Chronicles, the reader sees the great lion
laughing with Susan and Lucy, roaring at Jadis, destroying Telmarines, gently rebuking the Pevensies,
talking to Edmund, Lucy, and Eustace as a lamb.

FRODO is a Dynamic Character.

FANTINE is dynamic
