The task is to prepare Hot and Cold Meals, Hot meals consist of Main Dishes (Meat/Seafood/Poultry/Fish), Starch Dishes,
Vegetable Dishes, Soups and Sauces. Cold Meals are; Sandwiches, Appetizer, Canapés, Dessert, Salad, and Dressings.
And Package all prepared foods.
a. Materials Needed: Ingredients for Hot meals consist of Main Dishes (Meat/Seafood/Poultry/Fish), Starch
Dishes, Vegetable Dishes, Soups and Sauces. Cold Meals are; Sandwiches, Appetizer, Canapés, Dessert,
Salad, and Dressings, packaging materials, cooking tools and equipment.
