I have been awarded scholarship via letter No.UOS/Admin/22746 by syndicate, I

have enrolled in program for 6 year.(part time) in University of Edinburgh.
Unfortunately my performance was poor due to medical reasons and excess work
load , I have to perform various duties in addition to teaching and research also, I
have additional assignment of IT manager, I was performing following duties also
1) Plan ,implement, deploy and execute
a. IT infrastructure of University college of Agriculture
b. IT infrastructure of Sargodha Medical college
c. IT infrastructure of Mianwali Campus
d. IT infrastructure of Bahkar Campus
e. IT infrastructure of UMDC

f. Telephone Exchange of Sargodha medical college ,up gradation of

main telephone exchange in main campus
g. Enhance of IT infrastructure of various departments.
h. Video conference room
i. Main Library IT infrastructure, including KOHA software
j. Procurement of IT Equipment for all university
k. Digital Library
l. University E Resources
m. University Payroll, ERP (accounting and finance module only)
n. Security Camera and Secure Equipment
o. Managing research activities of departments
p. IT infrastructure of Lincoln corner.

2) Managing Cs and IT department till September 2012 as Incharge

 3) Execute First accreditation of Department of All degree programs From
NCACE(national computing accreditation Council)
4) Teaching 12 to 16 credit hours in each semesters.
Due to overburden and involvement in various official activities of
university ,I went to depression ,anxiety also ,the proof of medical reports are
attached. I am unable to perform good in studies in my PhD.
I am salaried person, I have two kids it is difficult to return whole amount of
scholarship with immediate effect because that has already spent paying tuition fee
travelling. Furthermore I have no enough savings furthermore the responsibility
of family include my old mother and mentally retarded sister is also upon my
shoulders and my only spouse of income monthly salary which fulfills their needs.
In view of above it is humbly requested that
1.The amount of scholarship may be waived off as per hec guidelines attached in
annexure A or at least my 50 percent amount may kindly be waived on the basis of
above mention facts off as attached in annexure B and remaining amount may be
deducted from my monthly salary in easy monthly installment (20-25) thousands
only.
My request may kindly placed before competent authority as per rule
