The Bible does not mention teleportation, per se, but it does give at least two examples of

miraculous transportation. In John chapter 6:16–21, when Jesus got into the boat after
He walked on the water, “immediately the boat reached the shore where they were heading”
(verse 21). This is not necessarily an example of teleportation. The word translated
“immediately” does not have to mean “instantly.” It could just mean “very quickly.”
Whatever the case, after Jesus got into the boat, it either was teleported to the shore or was
in some other way brought to shore very rapidly. Either way, this amazing miracle is often
overlooked.

In Acts 8:26–40, Philip led an Ethiopian eunuch to faith in Christ. After the eunuch was
baptized, “the Spirit of the Lord suddenly took Philip away, and the eunuch did not see him
again, but went on his way rejoicing. Philip, however, appeared at Azotus” (verses 39–40).
Again, while this not necessarily an example of teleportation, it is definitely an instance of
miraculous transportation. The Spirit miraculously transported Philip from a wilderness
between Jerusalem and Gaza (verse 26) to a city about thirty miles away (verse 40). Whether
this miraculous transportation occurred instantly or took some time, the passage does not
say.

The Oxford Dictionary defines “teleport” this way: to transport or be transported across
space and distance instantly.
Is teleportation just a figment of imagination, or is it possible? Or rather, has it already
happened before
Actually it has, and it was recorded a few times in the New Testament of the Bible.
In the Book of Acts, Philip, a believer and disciple was teleported from the desert to
Azotus.
Let’s take a look at what happened:

Now an angel of the Lord spoke to Philip, saying, “Arise and go toward the south along the road
which goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza.” This is desert. So he arose and went. And behold, a
man of Ethiopia, a eunuch of great authority under Candace the queen of the Ethiopians, who
had charge of all her treasury, and had come to Jerusalem to worship, was returning. And sitting
in his chariot, he was reading Isaiah the prophet. Then the Spirit said to Philip, “Go near and
overtake this chariot.” So Philip ran to him, and heard him reading the prophet Isaiah, and said,
“Do you understand what you are reading?” And he said, “How can I, unless someone guides
me?” And he asked Philip to come up and sit with him. The place in the Scripture which he read
was this: “He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; And as a lamb before its shearer is silent, So
He opened not His mouth. In His humiliation His justice was taken away, And who will declare
His generation? For His life is taken from the earth.” So the eunuch answered Philip and said, “I
ask you, of whom does the prophet say this, of himself or of some other man?” Then Philip
opened his mouth, and beginning at this Scripture, preached Jesus to him. Now as they went
down the road, they came to some water. And the eunuch said, “See, here is water. What
hinders me from being baptized?” Then Philip said, “If you believe with all your heart, you may.”
And he answered and said, “I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.” So he commanded
the chariot to stand still. And both Philip and the eunuch went down into the water, and he
baptized him. Now when they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught Philip
away, so that the eunuch saw him no more; and he went on his way rejoicing. But Philip was
found at Azotus. And passing through, he preached in all the cities till he came to
Caesarea.” (Acts 8:26-40 NKJV)

As you can see, the Holy Spirit caught Philip away and he was found at Azotus. This is
definitely not describing natural movement from one place to another –
Philip was in the desert and a moment later he found himself at Azotus - if that’s not
teleportation then I don’t know what is!

Another incident was recounted by the Apostle Paul of someone that he knew who
experienced supernatural teleportation.
However it is not clear whether he was teleported in his physical body or it was
happening as a vision in his mind’s eye.
I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago—whether in the body I do not know, or whether
out of the body I do not know, God knows--such a one was caught up to the third heaven. And I
know such a man—whether in the body or out of the body I do not know, God knows— how he
was caught up into Paradise and heard inexpressible words, which it is not lawful for a man to
utter.” (II Corinthians 12:2-4 NKJV)
Have you heard this one? It's a relatively new claim by
some in the Faith movement in the last few years, and it's
a whopper. In a nutshell, there are a few preachers
teaching…get ready. Are you ready? Here it comes. Some
preachers are teaching that teleportation is a spiritual
gift.

No, this is not a joke. What is worse is that many

Christians are falling for this deception.

As often happens in the prosperity gospel movement,

extreme claims are made and presented from the
scriptures. The new Christian, or the Christian without a
fuller understanding of the scripture is often taken in by
such claims. This is one of the ways in which a prosperity
preacher traps the unsuspecting person. His or her
arguments seem to come from the Bible, therefore they
present their teaching as trustworthy. In reality, however,
the teaching is far from trustworthy or Biblically accurate.
This is the case with this latest ear tickler: spiritual
transportation. For the sake of brevity I will simply refer to
it as teleportation.

Is teleportation a spiritual gift? Are there examples of it

in the Bible? How do I know if this so-called gift is real or
fake? I'll attempt to answer those questions by doing two
things.
First, I'll present the only two passages of scripture that
seem to refer to teleportation and demonstrate why the
passages do not present teleportation as a spiritual gift.
Then I will present you with seven arguments from the
scriptures and contemporary life why teleportation is not a
spiritual gift, but is a deception.

Examples?

The first example comes from the Old Testament in

Ezekiel 3:12-15.

"Then the Spirit lifted me up, and I heard a great rumbling

sound behind me, 'Blessed be the glory of the LORD in His
place.' And I heard the sound of the wings of the living
beings touching one another and the sound of the wheels
beside them, even a great rumbling sound. So the Spirit
lifted me up and took me away; and I went embittered in
the rage of my spirit, and the hand of the LORD was strong
on me. Then I came to the exiles who lived beside the river
Chebar at Tel-Abib…"
At first glance this passage seems to suggest that God
instantaneously transported the prophet Ezekiel to the city
of Tel-Abib. Certainly, transporting a person in this way is
not impossible for the God of the universe. The question,
however, is not whether God can do something, rather, the
question is, is he actually doing something.

Notice that in the passage Ezekiel mentions the sounds of

the living beings, the wheels, and rumbling sound. Some
kind of transportation seems to be involved (cross
reference Ezekiel 1). The text doesn't actually say that
Ezekiel was instantly transported somewhere. It simply
notes that he was lifted and taken away. If Ezekiel had
been instantly transported (as Acts 8 would seem to
indicate for Philip), then we would likely not see the
words, "took me away." We likely would have seen
language saying that he was suddenly at his destination.
This is not what the passage says.

However, the strongest reason why this passage is not

advocating for teleportation as a spiritual gift is Ezekiel's
anger. Look carefully at the passage. It says, "I went
embittered in the rage of my spirit, and the hand of the
Lord was strong on me." What does this mean? Simply
stated, Ezekiel was angry because he did not want to go.
The Lord forced Ezekiel to go. Ezekiel did not initiate his
transportation as would normally happen with any other
spiritual gift. He was forced to go against his will. This is
what it means when the passage says, "the hand of the
Lord was strong upon me."

This passage does demonstrate God transporting Ezekiel

in an unusual manner. But no indication of instant
transport or a gifting is given. There is no action on
Ezekiel's part that would show him using such a gift.
Rather, we see the action of God to take Ezekiel
somewhere where God wants him to be.

The second passage is the one most often used to

support the claim of teleportation as a spiritual gift. It is
found in Acts 8:39-40.

"When they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the

Lord snatched Philip away; and the eunuch no longer saw
him, but went on his way rejoicing. But Philip found
himself at Azotus, and as he passed through he kept
preaching the gospel to all the cities until he came to
Caesarea."

There is no doubt from this passage that Philip

experienced something miraculous. One moment he was
in the river baptizing a new convert and the next he was
somewhere else. Philip was transported to Azotus
(formerly Ashdod of the Philistines). But notice what
Philip does after God transports him. He continued to
walk to all the other cities. If Philip had the gift of
teleportation he could have transported himself to each
city at will. He did not do this. Consider that Philip was
using his gift of evangelism to tell people about Jesus
wherever he went. He exercised this gift at will, like all
other spiritual gifts may be exercised. He did so in
multiple cities. Yet, not once after this was Philip
miraculously transported to other destinations. Why use
one gift and not the other? Why use it only one time? For
the simple reason that teleportation is not a spiritual gift.

This passage is also similar to the passage in Ezekiel in

that neither man initiated a miraculous event. Rather, God
initiated it in order to take these men where he wanted
them to be, to do what he wanted them to do. Let us make
this clear: neither Ezekiel or Philip initiated the exercise of
teleportation. To say so is to assume the scripture says
something it that it not only does not plainly say, it asserts
a falsehood upon the text.

Reasons To Refute

Considering these accounts, and other scripture, we can

confidently assert that teleportation is not a spiritual gift
for seven reasons.

(1) Teleportation is not listed as a spiritual gift in I

Corinthians 12:4-10, 28-31, Romans 12:6-8, Ephesians
4:11-12, or I Peter 4:10-11.

Someone might make the claim that teleportation would

be classified under "miracles." I would argue that teachers
of this so-called gift have singled it out as a specific gift,
just as healing is usually singled out. Yes, it would be a
miracle, but it is not specifically listed even one time,
where most other gifts are mentioned between passages
more than once.

(2) For every gift of the Spirit mentioned in these

passages there are examples of those gifts being used by
believers in the scripture. There are no corresponding
examples of using teleportation in the Bible.

Pick a spiritual gift: teaching, prophecy, faith,

administration, helps, encouragement, evangelism, etc.
Turn the pages of the book of Acts and Paul's letters and
what do you find? These gifts, and most others, have
numerous examples of being used by many people across
many years. This is not the case with teleportation. Not
only is teleportation not listed as a gift, it has no example
of use by an Apostle or any other believer. Otherwise, we
might see the Apostle Paul popping in and out of various
locations instead of walking across whole countries to
brave the stormy seas.

(3) Ezekiel and Philip being teleported was an action

initiated by the Holy Spirit, not the person.

In both examples of Ezekiel and Philip, neither person

initiated supernatural transportation. We do not have an
account of either person performing an action, or initiating
something that whisks them away supernaturally. The
accounts demonstrate exactly the opposite.
(4) There are no accounts in scripture of a person
intentionally initiating a teleportation.

This essentially repeats the previous points, but it is worth

repeating. All of the spiritual gifts mentioned in scripture
are initiated by the person who has the gift. The teacher
initiates his teaching at his discretion. It is the same with
every other gift. This is not so with Ezekiel or Philip.

(5) Spiritual gifts are always under the control of the

person who has them. Therefore, just as teacher can teach
at will, or the evangelist evangelize at will, or the
administrator administrate at will, so too the one with
teleportation should be able to teleport at will. No one has
done this.

The scripture states very directly that "the spirit of the

prophets are subject to the prophets" (I Corinthians
14:32). One interpretation of this passage is that the
person who has a spiritual gift is in control of that gift. God
does not make us exercise our gifts against our will. The
teacher may teach or not teach at any time. So too, if
spiritual teleportation were a legitimate gift the person
with the gift would be able to transport himself or herself
at any time he or she so chooses. This does not happen.

(6) Only two instances of teleportation are reputed in

scripture, but genuine spiritual gifts are demonstrated
throughout the Biblical account. This lack of
demonstration strongly suggests that teleportation is not a
genuine gift.

The lack of teleportation accounts is a strong indicator that

teleportation is not a spiritual gift. Every gift listed in
scripture has corresponding accounts of being used, under
the initiation of the one with the gift. This is never true of
so-called teleportation.

(7) There are multiple examples all around the world,

everywhere where there are Christians, of almost all of
the spiritual gifts being used by contemporary
Christians. These examples are global in virtually every
culture. But there are no modern-day, confirmed examples
of teleportation of Christians.

A few TV preachers have made astounding claims that they

have been teleported to other places. For all of the above
reasons these accounts are not to be believed. Genuine
spiritual gifts are always in use around the world,
wherever there are Christians. The use of these gifts is
prolific and daily. Yet we are expected to believe that
teleportation also happens? There is no evidence,
anywhere, that this is true.

Conclusion

Teleportation is not a spiritual gift. Some passages, like

those in Ezekiel and Acts are demonstrative of what God
may have done in a person's life, but being demonstrative
does not automatically imply prescriptive. If that were so
then we would see teleportation all the time just as we do
with the many other spiritual gifts. The TV preacher who
claims spiritual transport is either lying or is relating an
experience that is akin to astral projection, which, as an
occult practice, is also condemned in the scripture
(Deuteronomy 18:9-14).
Teleport means to travel from one space/place
to another at an instance; this is the physical
body literally being moved to a different
location. This can also happen with an object,
vehicle, building, planet or solar system.
Is that really possible? Is it in the Bible? Are
people having the experiences today? Yes, 3x
yes. You can also have the experience. We have
heard of many testimonies from around the
world. We will share a few of ours.
The Bible record shows these types of stories.
Let's look at a few. Elijah teleported from one
location to another often during the three years
that Ahab and Jezebel sought to kill him.
"As surely as the Lord your God lives, there is
not a nation or kingdom where my master
(Ahab) has not sent someone to look for you.
And whenever a nation or kingdom claimed you
were not there, he made them swear they could
not find you. But now you tell me to go to my
master and say, 'Elijah is here.' I don't know
where the Spirit of the Lord may carry you."
1 Kings 18:10-12
Jesus and his boat filled with His apostles were
teleported from one side of the Sea of Galilee, to
the other. It was also called Sea of Capernaum
or Tiberias. In Jesus day the Sea was about 13
miles long, 8 miles wide and 150 feet deep.
Jesus came walking on the sea during a storm
and His disciples were about 3-4 miles in the
middle of the sea. As soon as Jesus entered the
boat of frightened disciples, it teleported to the
other side.
"When evening came, his disciples went down
to the sea, got into a boat, and started across the
sea to Capernaum. It was now dark, and Jesus
had not yet come to them. The sea became
rough because a strong wind was blowing.
When they had rowed about three or four miles,
they saw Jesus walking on the sea and coming
near the boat, and they were frightened. But he
said to them, "It is I; do not be afraid." Then
they were glad to take him into the boat, and
immediately the boat was at the land to
which they were going." On the following day,
when the people who were standing on the other
side of the sea saw that there was no other boat
there, except that one which His disciples had
entered, and that Jesus had not entered the boat
with His disciples.. they said to Him, "Rabbi,
when did You come here?" John 6:16-25
We find this miracle of transportation via
unorthodox methods throughout the Bible. Here
is one of the most familiar stories. Phillip is
teleported about 30 miles after baptizing the
Ethiopian Eunuch.
"And he commanded the chariot to stop, and
they both went down into the water, Philip and
the eunuch, and he baptized him. And when
they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the
Lord carried Philip away, and the eunuch
saw him no more, and went on his way
rejoicing. But Philip found himself at
Azotus, and as he passed through he preached
the gospel to all the towns until he came to
Caesarea." Acts 8:38-40
2 POSSIBLY 3 TELEPORTATION
EXPERIENCES
I must have been between 17-18 years old when
I had my first teleportation experience. I was a
fairly new Spirit-filled Believer. After being
miraculously healed, liberated from extreme
shyness, and set on fire; I carried gospel tracts in
my pockets everywhere.
My mailing ministry had started; although I did
not call it that. The Holy Spirit was bringing
messages to me and I wrote them and sent them
to people in the mail. This particular night, I had
been up in my room praying, writing and
stuffing envelopes, it was probably less than 10
envelops. I went downstairs to tell my uncle that
I was going to the mailbox, which was maybe
3/4 mile away. He nodded his head, giving me
permission, while watching his TV show that
had just started.
I remember clearly stepping off the porch and
the next thing I remember was being near the
neighborhood mailbox and feeling strange,
because I could not remember how I arrived so
fast. As I approached the mailbox I saw a man
sitting about 30 feet away and I said to the
Father, "if he is there when I finish, I will
witness to him."
On my way back, he was yet sitting on the low
small wall near the sidewalk. I share with him
the good news for about 10 minutes and hurried
to finish praying with him, thinking my uncle
would be worried why I was taking so long. It
was just past 9:00 pm when I stepped out of the
door.
After finish sharing with the man, I made a few
steps and was at my front door. Again feeling
strange and not knowing what had happened. As
I opened the door and stepped in, my uncle ask,
"did you change your mind?" I explained that I
had returned, he argued that I could not have
returned. I showed him my empty hands with no
letters. He told me to look at the clock, less than
5 minutes had past, his TV show had barely
begun. I explained that I spend at least 10
minutes witnessing about Jesus to a man. He
saw my sincerity and was accustomed to
stranger things happening in our home since
coming to Jesus.
I was yet puzzled, and somewhat confused as to
what had happened and how could only a few
minutes past and it should have been at least 30
minutes. It was not until months later that I
heard someone preaching about Phillip's
experience and realized that I had been
supernaturally transported/teleported. Not only
that, but the time element; I did not go through
time, but time went through me. (That's
probably not correct scientific jargon)
Jesus is the Lord of quantum mechanics, and He created the space-
time continuum. Physical barriers and geographical distances are
not obstacles for Him. He can instantly transport people (and their
prayers) to any location in the universe, without even breaking a
sweat.
With all of our concordances, commentaries, and deep-dives
into koine Greek grammar, we sometimes forget to sit back, relax, and revel
in how incredibly awesome and cool some of the things in Scripture really
are.
Teleportation is “the transfer of matter from one point to another without
traversing the physical space between them.” What could be cooler than
that?
When we think of teleportation, science fiction stories usually come to mind.
We think of Star Trek and say, “Beam me up, Scotty!”, even though this
exact phrase was never actually spoken in any Star Trek television episode
or film. But these sci-fi shows are mere fantasy. Meanwhile, Scripture
records multiple incidents where humans were actually teleported from one
location to another, in real life. This is way cooler than anything Hollywood
can fake with camera magic.
Matthew’s Gospel records a time when Jesus managed to teleport an entire
ship to a remote location, over two miles away from its origin:

Now when evening came, His disciples went down to the sea, got into the
boat, and went over the sea toward Capernaum. And it was already dark,
and Jesus had not come to them. Then the sea arose because a great wind
was blowing. So when they had rowed about three or four miles, they saw
Jesus walking on the sea and drawing near the boat; and they were afraid.
But He said to them, “It is I; do not be afraid.” Then they willingly received
Him into the boat, and immediately the boat was at the land where they
were going. (John 6:16-21)
The Sea of Galilee is approximately 6 miles across, and the disciples had
rowed just past the midpoint. Jesus comes walking on the water (additional
awesomeness), and after He gets into the boat, they immediately appear at
the remote shore. The entire boat, its contents, and all its human
passengers were teleported over a distance of at least 2 miles. Long before
Star Trek had been imagined, Jesus was already teleporting people from one
location to another. Amazing!

In the book of Acts, the Holy Spirit instantly teleports a man as far as 40
miles, from a desert road to the city of Azotus:

So he commanded the chariot to stand still. And both Philip and the eunuch
went down into the water, and he baptized him. Now when they came up
out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught Philip away, so that the
eunuch saw him no more; and he went on his way rejoicing. But Philip was
found at Azotus. And passing through, he preached in all the cities till he
came to Caesarea. (Acts 8:38-40)
While we cannot know the precise location where Philip was on the road
between Jerusalem and Gaza, we know that Azotus is not between the two
cities, and that Philip may have been teleported as far as 40 miles to arrive
as his destination. This map shows the locations of Jerusalem, Gaza, and
Azotus.
Even back in Old Testament times, God took pleasure in teleporting people
around:

They threw Daniel into the lions’ den, and he was there for six days. There
were seven lions in the den, and every day they had been given two human
bodies and two sheep; but these were not given to them now, so that they
might devour Daniel.

Now the prophet Habakkuk was in Judea. He had boiled pottage and had
broken bread into a bowl, and was going into the field to take it to the
reapers. But the angel of the Lord said to Habakkuk, “Take the dinner which
you have to Babylon, to Daniel, in the lions’ den.” Habakkuk said, “Sir, I
have never seen Babylon, and I know nothing about the den.” Then the
angel of the Lord took him by the crown of his head, and lifted him by his
hair and set him down in Babylon, right over the den, with the rushing sound
of the wind itself.

Then Habakkuk shouted, “Daniel, Daniel! Take the dinner which God has
sent you.” And Daniel said, “Thou hast remembered me, O God, and hast
not forsaken those who love thee.” So Daniel arose and ate. And the angel
of God immediately returned Habakkuk to his own place. (Daniel 14:31-39)
Here in the 14th chapter of Daniel (Bel and the Dragon), God picks up the
prophet Habakkuk by his hair and rapidly transports him from Israel to
Babylon, so he could deliver a meal to Daniel in the lion’s den (Either
Habakkuk was very elderly at this point, or else some time-travel was
involved here too.). Then, after the meal had been delivered,
God immediately transported Habakkuk back home. Teleportation over
nearly 1000 miles. Impressive!
Arguably, another case of teleportation can be found in John’s Gospel, when
Jesus enters a closed room without using the door:

And after eight days His disciples were again inside, and Thomas with them.
Jesus came, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, “Peace
to you!” (John 20:26)
Just teleport a few feet, and you can walk through walls!
One of my favorite instances of divine teleportation is recorded in Luke’s
Gospel, when Jesus breaks bread with two of His disciples, and then
instantly is whisked off to who-knows-where:

Now it came to pass, as He sat at the table with them, that He took bread,
blessed and broke it, and gave it to them. Then their eyes were opened and
they knew Him; and He vanished from their sight. (Luke 24:30-31)
Long before anybody dreamed of Scotty beaming someone up, God had
already been teleporting people around for thousands of years. That’s one of
the reasons why it is so easy to believe we are actually united with heaven
during worship. During the Divine Liturgy, heaven and earth intersect, and
we find ourselves in the presence of God, the saints, and the angels. We
participate with them in worship, and they can hear our prayers. Our
iconography testifies to this reality. Fr. Alexander Schmemann writes in
his book, The Eucharist, that
“the icon is a witness or rather a consequence of the unification of heaven
and earth.“
The saints in heaven are a great cloud of witnesses. They watch us, pray for
us, and cheer us on.
Jesus is the Lord of quantum mechanics, and He created the space-time
continuum. Physical barriers and geographical distances are not obstacles for
Him. He can instantly transport people (and their prayers) to any location in
the universe, without even breaking a sweat.

And that is just awesome!

HINDU VIEW
ey cosmos, how can you say Indian religion is foolish?? Do you have any idea how
much advanced the ancient sages were?? For example, the Pythagorean theorem was
already given by Rishi Boudhayan in the 7th century BC .... calculus was invented in
India by Maharishi Kanad.... and actually my question was to see how many like you are
there who underestimate the ancient culture of India.... I'll give you the answer
In the story of Lord Krishna(you may not even know this name even), while the
Raasyatra in Vrindavan, Krishna was dancing with all the gopis of the village at the
same time, as the gopis later discussed... each of them claimed to have danced with
Krishna... this can only be possible if Krishna was teleported... THINK THINK!!!!
Moreover, in Ramayana, Lord Hanuman was a half man half monkey who could change
his size from as giant as a mountain to as small as a fly... this can be possible only if he
was able to increase or decrease his mass... thus the concept of non conservation of
mass (today discussed in nuclear physics) was already written by Rishi Valmiki some
20000 years ago... believe me ancient Indian Hindu texts are really interesting if you
realize its contribution to the present world

Yep. Teleportation, or "Praapti" is one of the eight primary siddhis, or mystic perfections
attained by rishis. Through Praapti, they can be transported to the place they desire

m a Theoretical physicist rather than that I am a Hindu. These days, I'm on my research on

Quantum Entanglement. This simply says that "An event at one place can instantaneously event
at another place arbitrarily far away faster than light" On my quest on my research I saw this
verse in Vishnu Sahasthranama sthrothram "Manojavasthīrthãkarō vãsurethah vãsuprãdhã|
Vãsuprãdho va:sudhevo vasurvasumana: havihi ||"

The term Manojavah is explained as siddhi with which we can travel or teleport faster than
light. Please anyone list out verses in Vedas that allows entanglement and teleportation and
how Vedas explain these processes in cosmos. I'll be thankful.

 The term Manojavah means "Speed like wind" . see here -bachpan.com/Meaning-of-Manojavam.aspx , and
not as faster than light .obviously we cant teleport ourselves with speed like wind. – SwiftPushkar Oct 30

Finding a direct mention of a modern day scientific theory in texts that are over 5000 years old,
would be an exercise in futility.

It is the implied evidence hidden in deep symbolism that can let us assume that the ancient
sages new a lot about the creation & working of the universe to a fairly accurate degree.

As per Wikipedia,

Quantum Entanglement is a physical phenomenon that occurs when pairs or groups of

particles are generated or interact in ways such that the quantum state of each particle cannot
be described independently of the others...
Or to put in the simple terms.

Even the farthest points in the cosmos are related and respond to each other through
‘something’
Here's what Manu Smriti has to say.

1.27 But with the minute perishable particles of the five (elements) which have been
mentioned, this whole(world) is framed in due order.

This sloka in it’s core talks about the same fundamental sub-atomic elements
being the building blocks of everything in the known universe.
1.20 Among them each succeeding (element) acquires the quality of the preceding one, and
whatever place (in the sequence) each of them occupies, even so many qualities it is declared to
possess.

This sloka mentions that since everything is made from the same basic elements,
they also have the qualities of each other.

1.26. Moreover, in order to distinguish actions, he separated merit from demerit, and he caused
the creatures to be affected by the pairs (of opposites), such as pain and pleasure.

And here is the symbolism for inherent duality in nature that quantum mechanics
advocates.
Coming to the relation part...

1.50. The (various) conditions in this always terrible and constantly changing circle of births
and deaths to which created beings are subject, are stated to begin with (that of) Brahman, and
to end with (that of) these (just mentioned immovable creatures).

Einstein called it Ether, Particle Physics calls it Higgs Field

And Quantum Mechanics calls it Entanglement
In Hinduism it is ‘Brahman’ or ‘Consciousness’
E = mc2

What most of people think of as teleportation involves the physical relocation of an object.
The object disappears from one place and pops up in another. Scientifically, this means that
the molecular structure of the object is disassembled, the particles of matter are converted
into energy, the energy particles are sent to a designated location, and then are re-
converted into matter and arranged back into the shape they previously had.

Contemporary physicists agree that this process is possible. In quantum physics,

entanglement allows sub-atomic units, called quanta, to exchange information over vast
distances once they have been energetically connected. Energetic connections can include,
but are not limited to, sharing an electric pulse or being exposed to the same chemical
while they are close to each other.

Vedic Rishis were Scientists!

In the Vedic tradition of pre-historic India, technology was developed to a degree far
surpassing that of the present day. Much of it remains in the hands of sacred literature, in
oral teachings and in the akashic record available to enlightened beings. Some details of the
science on which it was based have been forgotten through lack of practice, but the
foundations have been preserved and handed down from generation to generation.

The rishis, or researchers, of the Vedic civilization, who were both mystics and scientists,
discovered that matter and energy can be interchanged into each other. They are not fixed
in any permanent forms. The rishis took this natural occurrence several steps further and
discovered how to dismantle matter (solid or liquid objects) completely into the energy
particles it was composed from. The particles were then sent to the location where the
object was needed and reassembled there into their previous shape, just the way our
present-day physicists have theorized.

Making from “Nothing”

The rishis were also able to perform materialization, a process in which objects are formed
seemingly from “nothing”. Scientifically, energy is transformed into matter without having
already had a solid shape. The imagination of the materializer provides the shape, color and
design. For example, a yogi might want to give a talisman to a student, but none is available.
He can “make” one from “nothing” by gathering energy and mentally forming it into the
shape of the amulet he wants, then directing his energy to condense the molecules around
him into solid substance. Materialization is another ability demonstrated by modern-
day yogic masters.

Teleportation, a Siddhi

In the Vedic age, teleportation was a common practice. It continues to exist today among
the spiritual practitioners of India, Nepal and other traditions which descended from the
Vedas: namely, Hindus, Buddhists, Jains and Sikhs. Teleportation is a siddhi – a power and a
natural extension of human capacity. Siddhis are the birthright of each person; capabilities
that lie hidden in one’s bio-memory and can be developed through spiritual practice.
Teleportation is one of many such abilities.

Kundalini – The Access Door to Higher Powers

Siddhis draw upon a specialized energy which lies dormant in the body. The human energy
field, like an electrical field, surrounds and permeates the body. Just as electricity needs a
conduit to concentrate and direct it before it can be used, human energy must be accessed
to harness it. The key to the access is stored within each person from birth, but cannot be
activated until one reaches a certain level of consciousness. That level is enhanced by
meditation, and supplemented by other forms of practice. In their experiments with energy
the rishis evolved a name for this access, the door to human potential. They called
it kundalini, meaning “the coiled one”. It lies curled up like a snake at the base of the spine.
Once uncoiled during activation, it flows up the spine to flood and nourish the brain,
producing heightened awareness, clarity of thought, and often spontaneous healing of pre-
existing illness.
The rishis evolved a reliable set of practices which awakened the kundalini. They are still in
use today and are as effective as they were historically.

Scientific Research & Revival of Vedic Science

Paramahamsa Nithyananda, has established an experiential renaissance of

the Vedic tradition at his retreat center in modern-day India. Working actively with
scientists and researchers worldwide to decode the mystical yogic sciences of the East, he
has conducted research with numerous control populations, testing the conditions under
which these processes operate and the mechanisms by which they can be duplicated in
people without many arduous years of spiritual practice. He has found that awakening
the kundalini facilitates the flowering of siddhis even in “ordinary” human beings – those
who have not spent a lifetime in yogic pursuits. He already has the knowledge of
awakening kundalini in others. He has learned that the first siddhis to manifest in his
experiments have been levitation, materialization and teleportation.

Much of this ancient science has been lost during the course of time, yet a lot still remains
available. Reclaiming this knowledge can create a large short-cut for the step-by-step
process of laboratory physics. Paramahamsa Nithyananda, through his experiments, has
found a way to offer this short-cut to the world. He is inviting scientists to collaborate with
him to make Vedic technology available for universal use. The age of teleportation is no
longer a dream of science fiction. It has already arrived
