3. How much is your starting capital?

Php 70,000

4. Do you have a permit? If none, why?

Yes, I have.

5. Why did you start a business?

We earn a lot of money and we want a new business.

6. How long is the business operating?

2 years

7. What are the ups and downs of your business?

The ups of our business is when the internet is fast and


for the downs of our business, the internet is slow due to
downloading applications.

8. How you able to cope up with it?

We upgrade the speed of our internet connection so that it


would be convenient for the users/customers.

9. Why did you choose the kind of business you are into?

We chose this business to cater the demands of people,


especially students on the cost-effective manner of renting
the computer per approximate minutes rather than paying an
hour even if they didn’t consume the whole hour.

10. What are the difficulties you encounter before putting
up the business?

“Syempre maraming competitors, ‘di lang kasi ako yung may


piso net dito sa lugar namin.”

11. What are the difficulties you encounter during the


operation of the business?

The internet connection, of course. “Maraming angal


ang mga company ng pldt at globe kesyo wala ng place, wala
ng poste daw.”

12. How were you able to get manpower for the business?

My family members are the manpower of our business.

13. Do you have an accountant?

I don’t have but my husband does the computations of


the finances.

14. How much do you earn everyday (rough estimate)?

Per day, Php 5,000.

15. Do you think your existing business is able to sustain


the needs of the family?

Yes, because we get paid on time and we are good in


managing our business.

16. How are you going to determine if there something


happening in your business that’s need your special
attention?

“I am good in hands and I compute everyday mga kita


naming kada araw. Hands-on ako sa negosyo namin.”

17. How were you able to obtain cash to maintain and grow
your business?

“Every day, nagtatago ako ng Php 1,000 para may reserba


pa din kaming pera.”

18. Do you also do basic accounting? (sari-sari store) If


not, how do you compute for your profit?

Yes, “kasi araw araw ako nagco-compute sa mga natatanggap


naming pera galing sa negosyo namin.”

19. How do you advertise your business?

“Bukod sa may Sari Sari Store, maeenganyo ang mga


bumibili samin dahil ‘di lang pagkain meron kami. Meron din
kaming piso net na mas makakamura sila”

20. What taxes are you paying (if there are any)?

None

21. How much did you pay for the business permit?

Php. 250.00 to 500.00

22. What are the other permits you obtain aside from
business permit?

Barangay Permit & Mayor’s Permit

23. How do you manage competition?

“Maging mabait ka lang at wag sungitan gaya ng iba”

“Magpursigi lang sila sa gusto nila at ito’y makakamit


nila, sipag lang.”
