Ingredients:
1.channa dal (2 cups)
2.chopped onions (1 cup)
3.chopped green chillies (6 to 7)
4.corriander leaves(one small bunch)
5.curry leaves(5 to 6 leaves)
6.mint leaves (optional)
7.soamp (half a teaspoon)
8.garam masala (half a teaspoon)
9.salt to taste
Process:
- soak channa dal for 4 to 5 hours
- Then grind channa dal not very smooth paste (kastha palukuga)
- And mix all the above ingredients with channa dal mix
- Add salt to taste
- Heat the oil in a deep pan
- Make small round balls and press them to a round shape and make a deep fry in the oil.
