    In regard to our phone conversation this morning, I researched your property and Lazy
    Lake and the land use category of Low 5 has remained the same since 1977 (Broward
    County Land Use Plan). The City may have changed the land use of particular properties
    but we never received notification. Please send any additional documentation you have
    and we will take a look.
