Hi Chief

Thanks for reaching out.

1. I am available and interested

2. Currently I charge a municipal discount rate of$ 220. 00 per hour. However, due to the pandemic and
the strain on revenue it has caused for municipalities across Illinois and the country, I will happily work
with the Village on this
3. I am relatively free and will also work with the Village to find the best time. I am flexible, so mornings,
afternoons, or evenings, we can make something work.
4. I currently serve as the prosecutor for the Village of North Riverside
5. I am interested and would be happy to come in and discuss the process and provide any other
information at your convenience.

Thank you for considering me for this position. I look forward to hearing from you. Feel free to reach out on
my cell 708- 705- 0790 as well.

Talk soon

We are in the process of seeking an ALJ for our adjudications, and would like to know:

2. Can you provide a breakdown of fees for your service?

3. What days/ times would you be available for hearings?

5. If you are not interested, do you know and can you recommend any other person for this position?

We have not set any date/ times for our hearings yet, and are reaching out to several local adjudicators as we
move along in this planning.

Subject: RE: Administrative Adjudication questions - Village of Burr Ridge

Dear Deputy Chief Loftus-

I would be honored to serve the Burr Ridge Community.

I currently serve as the All for Clarendon Hills, Hinsdale, Darien, Westmont and Lisle. I' m also backup All
for Villa Park and the City of Elgin. I was appointed as a hearing officer for the DuPage Election Commission
in 2011.

Since my office is a relative distance away, I stack the hearings for Westmont, Clarendon Hills, Hinsdale,
Darien, and Lisle on the third Wednesday of each month. This keeps costs down and is otherwise efficient.

I typically charge a flat fee, or a flat fee for the first hour and reduced charge for subsequent hours. Before I
give you a specific answer, I would like to know the precise scope of the adjudication system and number of
anticipated cases. Perhaps we could discuss?

Generally, I would charge $ 350 for the first hour and$ 250 for each hour after words- but it varies greatly
depending on the program and schedule. I would certainly endeavor to include Burr Ridge on the third
Wednesday if that works for you. If it does not, I' m happy to discuss another day.

Please let me know if we could set up a time to talk. I' m passionate about the value of administrative
adjudication to the community!

Best,

Aaron

Wednesdays.
4. Besides Villa Park, do you serve as an ALJ for any other municipalities? Yes. Currently I also serve in
