Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & staffing:


 Sourcing resumes, Screen applications, arrange interviews and manage the selection process,
including reference checks, verification of documents, etc.
 Maintain a database of applications
 Propose salary offer based on comparative analysis and make offer to selected candidate
 Conduct an induction and orientation programme for new employees
 Ensuring each employee has a job description for the role S/he has been appointed
 Monitor probationary employee performance

Performance Management & Professional Development:


 Monitor the performance appraisal process in all three school
 Get the final consensus rating and send it to Central Officer HR
 Collate Staff training needs along with school leaders and share the same with HR & school’s
department
 Partner with the school leaders for development intervention on HR skills

Employee Relation:
 Implement Employee engagement survey based on the direction received from the Central
Office HR
 Conduct exit interview and analyze the reasons of attrition, implementing measures along with
School Leaders to increase employee engagement and retention
 Resigned employees all exit related document’s to be submitted to Central Office HR for final
settlement
 Grievance management, provide counselling and other employee assistance services to staff
 Keeping a regular pulse on employee satisfaction and take proactive measures to ensure
retention

Compensation & Benefits Management:


 Implement Market Compensation surveys based on the direction received from the Central
Office HR
 Liaise with Central office HR to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll and compliance with
tax regulations
 Administer staff benefits programmes, e.g. leaves, medical and insurance plans and terminal
benefits

MIS
 Monitor annual budget for recruitment, staff development and other HR services
 Prepare regions dash board and send it to Central Office HR
 Prepare quarterly update on the cost and the count of the employee

Job Requirements

Required: Bachelor’s Degree and Diploma in HR


Qualifications
Desired: MBA in HR

Required: Minimum 5-7 years of work experience which includes 2-3 years of
experience in recruitment & employee engagement
Experience
Desired: Work experience in the school/ education sector
