Key Responsibilities
Employee Relation:
Implement Employee engagement survey based on the direction received from the Central
Office HR
Conduct exit interview and analyze the reasons of attrition, implementing measures along with
School Leaders to increase employee engagement and retention
Resigned employees all exit related document’s to be submitted to Central Office HR for final
settlement
Grievance management, provide counselling and other employee assistance services to staff
Keeping a regular pulse on employee satisfaction and take proactive measures to ensure
retention
MIS
Monitor annual budget for recruitment, staff development and other HR services
Prepare regions dash board and send it to Central Office HR
Prepare quarterly update on the cost and the count of the employee
Job Requirements
Required: Minimum 5-7 years of work experience which includes 2-3 years of
experience in recruitment & employee engagement
Experience
Desired: Work experience in the school/ education sector
