Registering/Login on The Art Of Living APP

For Program material, each user has to register on App via Email id which was registered
while registering for Prajñā Yoga(Intuition Process)

Registering on App.
In The Art of Living App, we do have 3 different ways to register on App i.e. via Email &
Password, Login with Google and Login with Facebook.

1. Registering Via Email Id & Password.

If user is registering with this option and gets an Error as Email id already exists it means this
Email id is already registered with the App via different option i.e. Login with Google/ facebook.
User need to login into App via Login with Google/ facebook. If you still get an error, please write
back to us on info@sattvastore.com.

2. Registering via Login with Google.

If user is registering with this option and gets an error as Email id already exists it means this
Email id is registered via Email id & Password or else Login with Facebook option. User need to
login into App via Login with Email & Password/ facebook. If you still get an error, please write
back to us on info@sattvastore.com.

Also with this Login option user can’t go with forgot password option, as system never saves
password of user if user has logged in via Login with Google Option.

3. Registering via Login with Facebook.

If user is registering with this option and gets an error as Email id already exists it means this
Email id is registered via Email id & Password or else Login with Google option. User need to login
into App via Login with Email & Password/ Google option. If you still get an error, please write
back to us on info@sattvastore.com.

Also with this Login option user can’t go with forgot password option, as system never saves
password of user if user has logged in via Login with facebook Option.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q1. What to do if Device Login Limit Issue occurs?

A1. Please logout from old device on which your App is logged in. In case your old device is
formatted/ lost, write to us on info@sattvastore.com.

Q2. How do I change my password?

A2. If you log into Art of living via email, follow these steps to change your current
password:
From Art of Living App

 Go to My Account.
 Tap on My Profile and click on edit option towards top right on the App.
 Tap on Key icon which is there on top right on the App.
 Change your password and save the changes.

Q3. When I click on forgot password, it says User not allowed to change password?

A3. This happens if you have registered on App via Login with Google/ Face book option.
Through these two options user will not have any saved password, so they can't change the
password. If still you’re unable to locate the issue, please drop an email
to info@sattvastore.com.

Q4. I want to change the login option from Google to Email/ from Facebook to Email.

A4.Write to us at info@sattvastore.com with your Google id/ facebook Id and we'll help you
out.

Q6. I'm trying to register with my Email id & Password, but didn't receive my one-time
password (OTP).

A6. Sometimes, you might have received an Email but it could be in Spam folder. We request
you to check the spam folder. If you still see that you didn't receive an OTP, then write to us at
info@sattvastore.com.
Q7. What if we get an error as Email id/ Mobile no. already exists?

A7. It means Email id & Mobile is already registered on App and you need to try login to the
App. If incase, you forgot the password then reset your password & if you get any error then
please refer Question no. Q3.
