Getting Started with OwnUrGoal

The following is instructions to install and setup the OwnUrGoal App on your device.

Step 1 - Download OwnUrGoal App from the App Store or Google Play

If you don’t have access to IOS or Android Devices, you can also run it on a computer or
a browser on any device using the link below:
Step 2 – Starting and Logging into the App:

Once you have downloaded the App to your device and started the App the following screen
will be displayed:

If you have been supplied with your user credentials you can enter them here and log in.

If don’t have these credentials please progress to Step 3 (below) to ascertain if you are already
on the App and get the App to send you your login details.
Step 3 – Request Credentials
If you haven’t been given your credentials and believe you have been previously registered on
the App you can retrieve them by pressing the “Request Credentials” Button. This will display
the following screen:

Upon entering your surname and email the App will search to see if you are on the system. If it
finds your details it will reset your password and send you an email with your username and
password, so you can login.

If you surname doesn’t match an email address that is on file, the system will display an error
message indicating no match was found.

Before you return progress to Step 4 Registering for the App, please try your other email
addresses as the App may hold one of your other previous email addresses.

If you have tried this and still no result, please progress to the next step.
Step 4 – Registering on the OwnUrGoal App
So, you don’t have your credentials and have tried requesting your credentials with no luck you
should try to register for the App by pressing on the “Register” button on the login screen. Once
you do this the following screen will appear.

At this point enter your first name and surname and press “Press Here to Proceed”.
Important note: if you are registering for your son or daughter then enter their names.
The App will do a quick search to ensure you are not already on file. If it finds a match the
following will be displayed:
From here you have the ability to click on the details that are yours. This will display a message
and return you to the login screen. With this email and your surname you can return to Step 3
and Request your Credentials.

Alternatively, if this is not you, press “This is not me! – Press Here to Continue to Register” to
continue to enter your details for registration as shown below:

Please enter your details ensuring you accept the OwnUrGoal Privacy Policy.

Upon completion of entering your information press the “Register” Button to process your
registration.

The App will then display your username before returning to the login screen.

An email will be sent to you with your username and password which can be changed in your
profile once you log in.
