Relay App Set-up

Step 1.
Please go to your App store or google play store and search for “Amazon Relay” app.

Step 2.
Please download the app by clicking on “Get” or “Install” as shown in the picture.
Step 3.

Once the app is downloaded, click on “Open” or go to your phones download location and click on the app
to “Open”
Step 4.

Upon opening, the app will take you to the below page. Please select “North America” as your option and
click on “Submit”.

Step 4.
As shown below this will be your next screen, click on “Login/Sign Up”.

Step 4.
click on “Create New Account “as shown in the picture or enter your existing Amazon login credentials.

Step 4.
If you are “Creating New Account”, then enter your “Name” then your “Work E-mail address” and then
create a “Password” of your choice. Click on “Create your Amazon account” once done filling in your
information.

Step 5.
Once you have completed creating the account, you will receive an e-mail from Amazon providing you an
“OTP”. It should be a “6 character” code. Enter your OTP and then click on “Create your Amazon
Account”

Step 6.

The app will take you to the page as shown below. Please click on the “3 lines” on the “left top corner”.
Step 7.

After the click, the app will show you the options as shown below. Please click on “Add Carrier”.
Step 8.

Once you click on add carrier, the app will ask for a 7-character code. You should have received an e-mail
from Amazon with a code that looks like the code in the first (top) picture. Do not use the code in picture
shown as example: ------- Enter the code form your e-mail in the app.
Step 9.

The app will then prompt you to create a profile. It will show you your name and e-mail, so you just need to
add the “Phone number”. After adding the number, click on “Next”.
Step 10.

Then select the following option (Class A & Hazardous Material) as shown in the picture and click
“Next”.
Step 11.

After the app shows you are ready to roll, it will prompt you for more selections, “do not exit the app”
Step 12.

Click on “Turn on” when the app shows you the following option as shown in picture.
Step 13.

Click on “Always” when the app shows you the following option as shown in picture.
Step 13.

Click on “Allow while using the app” when the app shows you the following option as shown in picture.
Step 14.

The app will only show you trips if you have been assigned or dispatched a trip for Amazon by your
dispatcher.
Step 15.

Open your app every time you are at the shipping location and it will detect your location and trip you have
been assigned to. Thank you.
