ISS & ISW INSTALLATION AND ACTIVATION GUIDE

- STEP 1: DOWNLOAD THE INSTALLATION FILE
Please make sure that you have downloaded the correct application for
your book by entering the link in the back cover of your book to your web
browser. (If you download the wrong application, you will not be able to use
the activation code in the book.)

 STEP 2: INSTALL THE APPLICATION

 Please open the zip file you have downloaded and double click on the
set up file (the .exe file) to start installing the application.
 The installation process starts when this wizard appears. Choose “Next”
to continue.

 The installation settings will appear on the window. Choose “Install” to

continue.

 The installation will complete automatically and this window will appear.
Click on “Finish” to exit the wizard.

- STEP 3: RUN THE APPLICATION

 After the application is installed successfully, an application icon will
appear on your Desktop.

 Double click on the icon to run the application.

 NOTE: On computers that run on old operating systems (Windows XP or

Windows 7), there might be an error when you run the application:

This is because you have not installed the .NET 4.5.2 Microsoft library,
which the application needs to run.
 To fix this, please install the .NET 4.5.2 library, please go to
https://www.microsoft.com/net/download/thank-you/net452 to
download the installation file first

 By running downloaded file, the installation Wizard for .NET 4.5.2 will
appear. Please choose “Install” to start.

Note: please click on “I have read and accept the license terms”
before choosing “Install”.

 The installation process will complete automatically.

 After the library is installed, this window will appear.

Choose “Finish” to exit the wizard.

 Please restart your computer to make sure that the .NET 4.5.2
library is installed properly. Then, open the application.

- STEP 4: LOG IN TO YOUR DTP ACCOUNT

After you start the application, you can use the account you have
created to log in to the application.

You can use one DTP account for all DTP applications. There is no need
to create different accounts for different applications.

 If you forget your password, please click on “Forgot your password?” to

request a new password.

Enter the email address that you used to register before.

 If you have not created an account yet, please click on “Create DTP’s
Account” (see “Register DTP Account.docx” file for more details)

 You can also log in to the application with your Facebook account by
clicking on “Sign in with Facebook”

 If you want to change your password, please log in to the application

and then click on the key icon in the menu.

- STEP 5: ACTIVATE THE APPLICATION

After you have installed and logged in to the application, you need to
activate the product to continue.
 To activate, please click on the level of your book. A window for you to
enter the activation code will appear.
 Please enter the code and click on “Download” to download the content
of the level.

 NOTE: If you have entered the correct code but the application keeps
telling you that it is an invalid code, you have probably downloaded
the wrong application. Please download again by entering the link in
the back cover of the book to your web browser.

 When you have installed the correct application, entered the code
included in the book or made payment online successfully, the
application will start downloading the content to your computer.

content is downloaded successfully.
