2. Terms & Condition:

2.1 All Hotels & Rates offered / quoted are subject to availability / confirmation
2.2 One Visa Applied then Visa Charges will be imposed in any Circumstances ( USD.500/- P/Person (Adult,Child,Inf) Non Refundable)
2.3 Full Package payment, along original passport is required to initiate Visa approval & Hotel booking Process
2.4 Currency Rate would be charged at the time of final payment
2.5 Refund of Umrah Tickets or Hotel Booking in case of any cancellation is subject to approval of airlines & Hotels policies
2.6 Quotation / Rates are valid for 3 days form the day of Quotation
2.7 Total number of days stay in KSA will be as per selected package & extension in number of days will be allowed only if the hotel is booked
through Local Agents. In no circumstances pilgrim will be allowed to stay in KSA on his own arrangements

2.8 No refund for partially unused portion of the package or Once Confirmed
2.9 Procedural Terms & Conditions are subject to change without Prior Notice, which depends upon Saudi & Pakistani rules & regulations
2.10 Travel Mate will not be responsible for Rejection or Delay of Umrah Visa
2.11 Cancellation charges will be applicable in case of withdrawal / delay as per schedule available with Travel Mate
2.12 Please note all Hotels are subject to availability if any hotel is not available client has to take higher category of hotel and pay the difference
of price
2.13 Once the visa is applied, passport will not be given back unless package is booked or visa expires
2.14 Repeat Umrah Charges of SAR 2,000 is applicable on all those Pilgrims who have performed Umrah in the year 2016/17 i-e: 1438H. As per
instructions from Ministry of Hajj & Umrah Saudi Arabia.
2.15If pilgrim travels without Information Travel Mate will not be responsible for any incident or detention and penalty by Saudi Authorities
2.16 In case of change in airfare / taxes, pilgrim will pay the actual difference before departure. Airfare of the traveling date and available class will
be applicable
2.17 Travel Mate has the rights to accepts or rejects any application
2.18 In case if the pilgrim over stays illegally in KSA, Sar 4000/- each will be charged from the pilgrim family or from referred person
2.19 In case of any complaint customer should report his complaint within 15 days of arrival from KSA.
