PRODUCTION OF CORE COMPONENTS IN AUSTRIA

Hydro Life Inc. stands for top quality. All system-relevant core components are manufactured in our state-of-the-art production facility in Laguna. Our
quality assurance tests all products which are dynamically balanced and okay. Surfaces are tested and documented and are tested on surface rupture
and pores by means of dye penetration tests. Additionally, welding seams are inspected by means of ultrasound and x-rays to exclude any defects.

TAILORED ENGINEERING
We Hydro Life Inc. also use State-of-the-art 3D CAD systems provide tailored design and photo-realistic visualization. Hydrological and geological
conditions, professional plant documentation are important parts of the design process. Geometry is verified by means of model tests and CFD
simulations. Components are tested for their static and cyclical loads (rigidity, tensions and life cycle, among others) by means of finite element
calculation.

COMMISSIONING WITH PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT

Hydro Life combines full service with extensive technical know-how. Our specialists stay with every project from assembly to first operation. After hand-
over, we provide professional support including a wide range of training courses. Maintenance agreements and remote service options guarantee swift
