Situation and Task

When I used to be working on a group assignment with my friends. One of our


team members will not finish his quantity of the work. We had been group
individuals completing a certain section of the assignment when this occurred.As I
am a Accommodator I have a harmonizing approach to conflict. I often focus on
supporting others in a conflict situation and am adept at placating people in
uncomfortable situations. Other individual was an avoider and he was evading
adjusted errands since he was not content with his remaining task at hand. We
were because of complete the undertaking in not many days so we had a tight
deadline. Every bunch part was terrified and they were conversing with
themselves and it had no positive response towards our gathering achievement. I
should make a decent hand with each and every crew member to overcome this
difficulty in a desirable way.

What other issues contributed towards the conflict?

Despite the fact that this individual was available in the class hours but he was
chatting with others doing nothing for the group work. However other team
members was likewise clarifying him the significance of his support he despite
everything continued chatting with others not focus over what we clarified him.
As per the Belbin team role backing to arrive at difficulties showing strengths and
weaknesses. As a part of my character score is in Belbin role I am Innovator, The
trend-setter is frequently the imaginative generator of a team. As an inventive
individual the pioneer may assume a pivotal job in the manner a group
approaches undertakings and takes care of issues.

Action
We took a decision in favor of a group head and I was named. First thing I did was
to orchestrate a group meeting and discussion about the issue. At that point I
doled out the undertakings among each colleague and everybody was upbeat
about their outstanding task at hand and they were spurred. We masterminded
the dates for additional gatherings and began to do our task.

Result

We as a whole gave our greatest exertion to wrap up the task and we had the
option to finish and submit it with a day to save. We never felt that we could
finish our work because of the circumstance we had. By one way or another
conflict was settled effectively and the way to fruitful goals is recognizing the
strengths and weaknesses of every part and adjusting assignments as indicated by
their aptitudes and ability. Finally we got the marks for our assignment we got
best marks for our assignment.
