A. DESCRIPTION

This course will discuss the basic human rights principles of Agrarian Reform, the
economic basis, the Constitutional basis, the major jurisprudence and the
implementing laws and administrative issuances. A survey of the different social
legislations affecting the basic sectors will also be discussed. The methods of
learning include lecture, group work, research, and film viewing.
