A DAY AT THE AMUSEMENT PARK : (SHORT ESSAY)

F9 Park Islamabad is one of the best amusement parks in Islamabad. This summer vacation
was an extraordinary one since we went for a long trip to Islamabad. We stayed at our
Uncle’s place and the most unforgettable day was the one at F9 Park Islamabad. We spent
the entire day with our family and we enjoyed the rides especially the Ice skating. We also
enjoyed the Pool rides since we were all clubbed together in a single ride. We found that
F9 Park Islamabad is one of the best amusement parks in the world that is built in such a
way that people of all age groups can enjoy the place. We loved everything about the day
since we were able together after a very long time.

Yesterday I and my friends went on a short picnic to an amusement park. We reached

there at about 10a.m. We were six of us. Even though we had reached on time there was a
serpentine queue for the tickets. I took the entrance ticket. The first ride we took was the
Fury Wheel. It was really big, all of us were yelling and crying! After that we went on a
Pony Ride which calmed everyone. Then there was the big Octopus ride, the individual
seats revolved on its own and at the same time each hand of the octopus went in a circular
motion. We went for two more rides The Ghost House and the Roller Coaster, which also
took a toll of us. The dashing car was fun to be in! We dashed each other’s car. Then we
decided to have lunch. Each of us had brought some food to eat like sandwiches, fruit
juices, pastas etc. Our mothers took care that we don’t eat food from outside. After that
were the rides which we all were waiting for-the water rides. We went in all of them
without any hesitation. The Wave Pool and the Rain Dance were my favorites. Atlast we
saw a 5D movie. This movie took us through broken bridges, steep mountains, dilapidated
houses etc. Finally it was evening and time to go. It was such an enjoyable and memorable
day. All of us had met after a long time. We were all sad while returning home.

I WANT TO BE IN FUTURE
Everybody has an aim in life. Aim or ambition is the inner desire of a man. No man can do
anything in the world without if his aim is not fixed. So, all of us should be clear about the
aim in our life. We may get difficulties in getting the aim we want but we have to go ahead
at any cost. I have already fixed my aim in life and i.e. becoming a doctor. I will become a
doctor when i grow up.

A doctor lives a noble life and he is always at the service of suffering people. A sick man
looks at him with hope and joy. The smiling face of a doctor makes the patient cheerful. A
good doctor is respected everywhere. If I become a doctor I shall earn a lot of money but I
must be very kind to the poor and needy people. I will not charge any fee from them and I
shall be helping the helpless.

I am studying biology and I will sit for the competitive tests for administration to a medical
college. I want to be a serious student i.e. I will not waste my time anywhere. But I shall try
to be a good and qualified doctor. I will be helping the patients with whatever I have. I
shall devote all my time to studies. Once I become a doctor, I shall have some plans. I will
set up my clinic.

Of course I will earn money, but money will not be my main aim. I shall work day and night
to serve people. I want to make a big name. Days are far off I am just a student of 7th
hstd.I am trying hard to realize my ambition and I wish my dream would be fulfilled one
day.

When I grow up, I want to become a lawyer. I want to become a lawyer because if one of
my family members gets into jail, I could be their lawyer and try to bail them out.

To become a lawyer, you have to study for a lot of years, but it doesn’t matter to me. I
want to become a lawyer no matter what. I will keep trying and never give up. I want to
help people get out of the lies and cases the opponent or opponents are charging and
accusing them of. To be a lawyer, you have to be brave to confront any case they’re going
to be charging your client.

When I grow up I want to be a dentist and an actor/singer. I asked my parents what job
that you can make a lot of money. They said a lawyer and a dentist. I wanted to be a
dentist. I also love acting and singing. I’m getting good grades in science, which is part of
being a dentist. I took many classes for acting and singing. The jobs that I want, I’m an
expert at them.

Enrique Flores

When I grow up, I want to be an actor. When I was 8 years old, I got this acting class, but
then something happened, and I haven’t done it since. I would be really excited if I could
do that again and be on TV.

So when I grow up, I want to be famous. That has been my dream since I was 6 years old. I
also want to be a famous singer. If all of that doesn’t work out, I want to be a teacher. I
have been inspired by all of the teachers I’ve had in the past years. They were all so nice
and did a good job doing what they do. So all I want to do are those things.

I want to be a professional soccer player. My dad was kind of a professional soccer player.
He inspired me to play soccer.

I started playing when I was 4. I want to have a good career, make a lot of money and be
on a Mexican team called Club America, my favorite team of all the other teams.

When I grow up I want to be in the Army so I can protect my country. I think it will be a
good job because I’ve always wanted to handle an AK-47. I want to represent my country
and become a general. I also want to be in the Army because I want to drive a tank. That’s
why I want to be in the Army.

Hi, I’m Lauryn. When I grow up, I want to work at a salon. I think it is cool how they paint
your nails, and how they make the fake nails, and how they dry and shine the nails by
using a black light. My favorite thing to do is paint the nails any color. Also, there are
stickers for the nails. I think it will be fun to work at a salon. I love to get my nails painted
and I can’t wait until I’m old enough to get a job and start training and start my future.

When I grow up, I want to be in the Navy because my uncle was in the Navy. I want to go
on an aircraft carrier. I want to use an MG4 gun with a grip or a dragon thermal scoop. I
kind of want to fly as a Blue Angel. I have a model in my room.

I want to be a lawyer, not just because my dad’s a lawyer, but I like the whole concept of
it. You get to defend other people and get lots of money, but I also want to work with
animals. I really don’t know what I want to be when I grow up.

When I grow up I want to be a Major League Baseball player because I have been playing
since I was 3-and-a-half years old.
To me, baseball is my life. If I could practice every day, I would. My plan is to get drafted
my last year of high school, and then during off-season, go to college. My uncle got drafted
to the Major League but couldn’t go. One day, I want my family to see me on TV. That’s
what I want to be when I grow up.

When I grow up, I wanna be a doctor. I want to be a doctor because I can save people’s
lives. Say someone’s heart wasn’t pumping blood — if there were no doctors, he or she
would die. If there were doctors, they would save his or her life. I just really want to save
people’s lives because they might be 3-years-old, they might not have seen anything.

When I grow up I want to be a professional soccer player. I want to be a professional

soccer player because I love soccer. It is my favorite sport. I have played soccer for a long
time.

My dad loves soccer, too. He is the one who taught me how to play soccer when I was
little. I even went to see a professional soccer game at a real soccer stadium. I still play
soccer with my friend Alexa.

I will always try my best to achieve my goal of being a professional soccer player. That is
what I want to be when I grow up.

The book I just read

One of my hobbies is reading book. I have read a lot of books, most of which I bought via
Internet or in bookstore. Sometimes I borrow from my friends. I often read about two
books a week. Recently I have read an interesting book named "How to win friends and
influence people" written by Dale Carnegie. I found it very useful. In the book, Dale
Carnegie told the stories of many successful people, who archieved their targets by
influencing others. He taught me how to have a conversation with partners or friends
without arguing. He also showed the best way to persuade people and some tips in
communication. I think this book is necessary for everyone. It was the best seller for
teenagers in Ho Chi Minh City in 2014.

Our school library is having books which I like very much. One of my friends showed me a
certain book in the library and he said that is his favorite book. He also said that is was the
second part of the most famous Adventures of Huckleberry Finn written by Mark Twain.

I borrowed the book from the librarian on the advice of my friend. When I went home that day,
I had an immediate lunch, when to my room and started reading the book.

Home interesting was it! It was a wonderful book. The book was full of adventures. The main
character was Huckleberry Finn who was a poor English boy whose father was a third class
drunkard. This father wanted to get his son’s fortune which he get previously in yet another
adventure with Tom Sawyer, his friend. So Finn runs away from the custody of his father and
meet another boy. This boy was Jim who had been running away from master. He had been a
slave boy.

The two friends go to the sea and get on to a ship. They become friendly with the seamen and
go on fishing. They also go to various island in the sea and engage themselves in many
adventures. At last they come home. Finn finds that his father had died and hi was no more in
danger. Jim also get his freedom with Finn’s help.

This interesting children’s novel had been written by well-known English Author Mark Twain
who had previously written the famous book Tom Sawyer. Both these books are popular even
today. So many millions of children throughout the English speaking world must have read
these books. Much more than Tom Sawyer, it was the Adventures of Huckleberry Finn which
was the most interesting book I have ever read.
