SUMMARY, FINDINGS, CONCLUSION, AND RECOMMENDATION

This chapter shows the summary, findings, conclusion, and

recommendation of the study that is derived from the result gathered by the

researchers.

SUMMARY:

This study aims to analyze the factors that can affect the operation and

management of the school canteen at Juan Pamplona National High School.

This study is focusing on the demographic characteristics and personal

background of the respondents, on what is their observation on the space,

products and services of the school canteen.

Random sampling has been used in the study in which the researchers

distributed the questionnaires to the respondents that is involved inside the

school premises. The researchers only collected 100 respondents that include

the teachers and students. The analysis on the result of the result of the result of

the study was beyond the expectation of the researchers. As the data tabulated,

the students and the teachers as customers would want to have a canteen that is

really convenient for their everyday need when they are in school.
