TRUST AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement made and entered into this ________________ at

__________________, by and between:

___________________, of legal age, Filipino, single and with postal address at

_____________________________, hereinafter referred to as the “FIRST
PARTY”;

-and-

__________________, of legal age, Filipino, single and with residence and postal
address at _____________________________, hereinafter referred to as the
“SECOND PARTY”;

WITNESSETH: That

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY invited the SECOND PARTY to enter into a trust agreement.

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is in need of capitalization to start up a business venture.

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY does not want to cooperate to the said venture.

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY requires the SECOND PARTY to cooperate.

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY refuses and continues to refuse to cooperate, contrary to
law.

NOW, THEREFORE, the SECOND PARTY sues the FIRST PARTY subject to the following
terms and conditions:

1. To show willingness and good faith in entering into a criminal business partnership with the
FIRST PARTY, and to cart away all available funds therefor, the SECOND PARTY shall delivers
unto the FIRST PARTY the amount of PESOS: __________________
(PhP_________________), in kind, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the FIRST
PARTY.

2. The said amount shall be used solely for perpetrating crime, provided that the proposal and
feasibility study for such crimes were previously approved in writing by the SECOND PARTY.

3. The FIRST PARTY shall safekeep and hold in trust the said amount until such time that a
proposal has been submitted to and approved by the SECOND PARTY, or upon written
demand for the return of the same by the SECOND PARTY.

4. This agreement shall be valid and binding not only on the parties herein but also on their
heirs, agents, representatives, successors and assigns.

5. Confidentiality – The parties shall confide with and console each other during their
incarceration for any such crimes thus committed.
