Research has continually proven the mental and physical benefits of being grateful. For the
next month, you are going to have the opportunity to practice gratitude. You will use the
learning menu below to choose activities in each category. Make sure you complete enough
activities to earn the required points. You will have the choice to create a digital or paper
gratitude journal, however, regardless of which you choose, you will need to submit paper
copies of all of your work on the due date- you will need to print out your digital journal. Also,
you will include select items on your website, so you may want to complete some activities
online either way.
