GENERATION POTENTIAL AS PER SITE CONDITIONS TO BE INSTALLED

The Managing Committee invites sealed tenders on behalf of General Body of Blue Ridge Unit B
Tower 9 to 14 Cooperative Housing Society Ltd in two bid system from experienced and eligible
bidders for the above work and as per details given below:

Period of Contract 1st Jan ’20 to 30th April ‘20
Validity of Tender 90 days from the date of opening of financial
bid/price tender.
Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) Rs 1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty
Thousand Only) to be paid in the form of
Demand Draft in the name of “Blue Ridge Unit
B Tower 9 to 14 CHS Ltd” payable at Pune.
EMD shall be refunded to the unsuccessful
bidder, while it will be adjusted in
Performance Bank Guarantee for successful
bidder.

Non- Refundable Cost of Tender Document Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only)
including GST as per applicable rates to be
paid in the form of Demand Draft in the name
of “Blue Ridge Unit B Tower 9 to 14 CHS Ltd”
Last Date and Time for Submission of Pre-Bid Upto 17th Dec ‘19 by 11.00 AM (IST). The
Queries bidders will be free to seek clarifications and
make suggestions for consideration. The
Managing Committee (MC) shall endeavour to
provide clarifications and such further
information as it may, in its sole discretion,
consider appropriate for facilitating a fair,
transparent and competitive bidding process.

Tender/Bid tender/bid evaluation, the bidder would be
required to make a presentation, if called for,
regarding the understanding of scope of work,
service delivery, TAT (Turn Around Time) in
stipulated time by defining all the service
components/parameters.

Meeting) of the Society.
Performance Guarantee 5.00% (Five Per Cent) of contract value in the
form of Bank Guarantee FORM-G, within 7
days from the issue of Letter of Award.
Enter into Contract & Signing of Agreement On the date of receipt of Performance Bank
Guarantee.
Escalation No escalation shall be applicable on this
contract for entire contract period.
