Dear Sir,

M/s Baahu Panels Pvt. Ltd is proposing production facilities at: sherpura, Taluka-Savli A
Sealed item rate bids are invited for Site Development works.
The tender documents including scope of work in form of BOQ is forwarded herewith for
enabling you to submit the offer.

1. NAME OF WORK: Site Development civil work.

2. EARNEST MONEY
Earnest Money is 11,00,000/= (Rs. Eleven Lakhs) in the name of M/s, M/s Baahu
Panels Pvt. Ltd in the form of Demand Draft from Nationalized Bank payable at: Kolkata
Shall accompany the price bid. Bids without earnest money shall be summarily rejected.

3. LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF OFFER

The last date of submission of offer shall be : 21st day of Sep 2021
Time up to which offer can be submitted 17.00 Hrs.

4. PLACE OF SUBMISSION OF OFFER

5. All the materials required for work will be in Contractor’s scope.

BPPL reserves the right to accept or reject any or the entire offer without assigning any reason
thereof.

BPPL also reserves the right not to award the work to the party whose bid is the lowest without
assigning any reason thereof.

BPPL also reserve the right to distribute the job to multiple vendor / Party without assigning any
reason thereof.

Please acknowledge the receipt of this letter.

While submitting your offer, you are requested to enclose CD, all the documents and drawings,
duly filled up & signed by you, along with the price bid. The CD & documents should be
submitted in a sealed cover super scribed “TENDER FOR BPPL Site Development Area Civil &
other Works” And addressed to Mr Ashoke Kumar Panja, BPPL Time for the completion of the
work will be
as specified in Appendix of the tender document and time shall be essence of this contract.

A 10% of contract awarded value as mobilization advance in 2 part shall be made available to
the contractor on submission of bank guarantee of equivalent amount along with 5% of contract
value as PBG . The same will be decided during the final negotiation meeting.

The Water will be free supply ONE POINT by BPPL Onward distribution is in contractor scope.
In case of electricity BPPL will provide the same on chargeable basis as & when available /
provided by the authority. Till such time contractor made his own arrangement.

The Earnest Money will be retained in the case of successful tender as part of the security for
due fulfilment of the contract.

The tenderer will submit his tender after carefully examining the entire tender document and
conditions of tender / Contract along with technical specifications, bill of quantities, drawings &
schedules.

This notice inviting tender, the conditions of tender and the duly completed form of tender will
form part of the agreement to be executed by the successful tenderer with the Employer.

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all of the tenders without assigning any
reasons thereof.

Rates shall include all taxes, levies, royalties, duties, P.F. & ESI etc. Tenderer to quote
separately the component of GST and Building & Other Construction (BOC) Tax for the overall
cost of the project. (The component of GST and BOC should not be included in the unit
rate of items).

BPPL, The Employer reserves the right to award any component of the project or group of components
to any tenderer or the entire work to any tenderer without vitiating any conditions of the Notice Inviting
Tender & the contract / rate tendered.
