To whom it may concern:

I consider it a pride and privilege to apprise you that, after being a formator and
mentor to many of my associates and partners, I am already determined to formalize my
teaching career by establishing a corporation with a name “Sangalang Study Central, OPC” to
be located in 35 A Legaspi Road, Brgy PhilAm, Quezon City. The sole and primary purpose
of such corporation is “to provide training and consultancy services to persons and entities on
professional, career and personal development, including continuing professional education,
technical and vocational education, financial literacy or personal finance, life skills or soft
skills, leadership skills, and adult education in general; and to publish related books, articles,
and training or information materials”. Attached herewith is the Articles of Incorporation of
the said entity.

In line with the recommendation of the Securities and Exchange Commission, I am

humbly asking for your endorsement to my application for a primary license. Establishing a
corporation would enable me to expand my profession in order to impart legal knowledge and
moral wisdom to more students. I trust the authorities concerned would view my humble and
just appeal with a favourable consideration
