World Spine Day

Drs Rick Lau, Jeffrey Ng

Spinal disorders are amongst the leading causes of

disability. When people cannot move or get around
properly, it impacts on their quality of life, their ability to
work and their relationships with those around them. In
some countries, it can stop people being able to earn a
living so that they can feed their families.

World Spine Day raises awareness of spinal disorders.

This year, our goal is to inform, educate and inspire people
of all ages to prevent spine pain and disability by taking
good care of themselves with the message
of #GetSpineActive.

CDAHK prepare and raise awareness of the importance of

spinal health in your community with creative projects for
your clinics, schools, offices, communities and neighbors.
