Startup Strategy & The 1st 100 days

Days 1-7: Board decision made, signing of contracts, Bank Account opening, Order of equipment from
China

Days 8-30: Registration with all relevant stakeholders (business reg, registration as building material
supplier, NCIC membership etc); Meeting and Mobilization of labor team with Operations supervisor;
Site development with supervision from consultant from Beehive which will have us do site layout,
Borehole drilling, sorting out production area (shaded area & soil sieving site) and other related
activities; Purchase of locally sourced equipment (shovels, wheelbarrows, helmets, gloves etc); 2-3 days
on site Soil Excavation to produce in excess of 200 tons of soil and then it's sieving; Preparation of
contracts and proposals for buildOn and Xroads and any other clients; website and app development;
Get shipping details from the manufacturer in China and Communicate with freight handling agency
(Lipuli Freight: express handlers and clearers) in Dar on incoming consignment

Days 31-75: full training with Beehive consultants on their machine; Process of Identifying Business
development manager; strategic meetings with our team to tell them vision and our mission going
forward; presentation of proposals and contracts to buildOn, Xroads and other potential clients;
Clearing of machine in Dar and facilitation of its transfer to Malawi; Assembly and setup on site

Days 76-100: team trainings on our machine(s); brick production for selling onsite begins; marketing
campaigns ensue: rollout of social media campaign, website and app, video demonstration of building
with ISSBs VS other technology and TV adverts; invitations to contractors, architects and construction
companies to come inspect our product; rollout and hire of machine for a project.....

100 days from the 1st of February will be 11th May 2020
