III. Goal of the Course and Course Content


This course is intended to help students understand substantive and procedural law.

V. Form and Conditions for Completion
(!) Pursuant to § 2.3. (a) of the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of 14 Septmber 2011 laying down the conditions and procedure for transferring courses
completed by a student (JoL No 201, Item 1187), the number of ECTS credits is not determined by the grade obtained but they are granted subject to the condition that a student
must satisfy the requirements for achiving the expected learning autcomes as confirmed by the completion of classes or placements. Therefore, each student completing a course,
also at the minimium acceptable degree (grade:3.0), receives the full set of ECTS credits
