 CONDITIONS OF SERVICE:

1. Soundbox Mix will be requiring a 50% down payment upon signing of the contract
for rush reservation. Non-Baguio clients and rush reservations (less than 2 weeks’
notice are required to pay in full to reserve the date of event). Accommodation for crew
shall be provided (if out of town).

2. All payments are on a cash basis, payable to Land Bank (Account Name: SOUNDBOX
MIX BY EDWIN ORAÑO Account Number: 3551-0048-98) & East West Bank Edwin N.
040-02-01784-4.

3. The client agrees to give the balance (plus all other fees in any) payment for the
services rendered.

4. The client agrees to provide meals for the crews on duty.

5. Power sources for electrical wiring and tapping should be prepared by the organizer.

6. Organizers provide security of all our equipment’s, (transportation, permits) and

most especially our staff and crews. Any loss of equipment will be charged to the
organizer.
