JIRA is a ticketing system where you can entered some Defect or Task for OneSAP CRO.

You can open JIRA


if you put the link https://tasktrack.telekom.at in some browser (Chorme, Firefox, Internet explorer). Here
you can create JIRA ticket for you or from someone else.

Please click on Create Button to create Jira Ticket for same Defect or Task for OneSAP. When your issue
type is Defect you have several tab:

General, DEV, External, Legacy and Milestones

All fields which are marked with stars (*) are required. You can fulfil some of the fields like this:
Project: Problemmanagement

Issue Type: Defect OR Task

Priority:

Summary: Title, Subject of the ticket

Description: Please explain what is the Defect or Task

Assignee: Name and Surname of the person how will fix the defect (if you know it) or the group that can
resolve the defect/task.

Component/s: you can add some component e.g. SAP:: Controlling OR SAP:: Authorization… something
which characterize the defect/task.

You can fulfil the other blank fields if you want or just leave them empty because there are no obligatory.

Test level: you can entered for which test level is your defect/task e.g. UAT testing or SIT testing…
If your issue type is TASK you have three tabs: Field Tab, Optional and Milestones. Required fields are in
first tab. Some of the fields are the same like above. Please enter all fields which are marked with stars
(*).

When you create JIRA ticket and assign to someone or some group you will be updated (you will receive
mail) with every changes when someone will add in the ticket. You can also Add Watchers for you ticket
if you thing that someone need the information or somehow can help.
