For a company to stay ahead in terms of quality and competitiveness, it has to

rely on the strength of its own infrastructure and resources. We, at Sucheta
international, realized it very early. Today, we not only have a most modern
manufacturing complex but also an array of sophisticated machines to produce a
diverse range of world-class footwear.

Besides a number of Italian Lasting Machines and German Closing Machines,

there are other machines at various stages of production. The assembly line
manufacturing enhances production and ensure quality. On-line Quality Control
Checks by seasoned professionals enable us to monitor consistency in
production of a particular order.
From shoe upper to complete shoes, everything is produced in-house there by
reducing production lead-time and enhancing cost effectiveness. Over the years,
the group has kept a sturdy pace with technological advances in footwear
production. It has continuously upgraded its infrastructure to produce quality
footwear.

thought process. And that is how it has become a tangible aspect of our
products. You can see and feel it. Quality is not talking about it; it is doing it. It
should be inherent in your belief system.

From time to time our people undergo orientation programmes conducted with
the assistance of technocrats to understand qualitative aspects of products we
make. To top it all, the management of Dawar Group monitors the production
process to ensure that each footwear bears Dawar's seal of 'Quality Always'.

CHALLENGES
Makers are experiencing some difficulties that hinder the

Continuous growth of sector , the most crucial of these roadbloacks is

lack of training and capital for SMEs, which are generally unable to
upgrade their

Factories unlike large foreign-invested experiences, most SMEs

create shoes manually which slow dawn productivity , particularly for
bulk orders some of them are also heavily dependent on mass-
manufacturing exports who subcontracts some processes to them
during the peak months of February to March and August to October
home based makers are also unaware of international standards and
QC requirements discouraging them from sending shipment abroad

Another challenges faced by the industry is underdeveloped design

capability. Most footwear suppliers rely on clients specifications. As
such they do not have enough experienced.

CORPORATE PHILOSOPHY
The objective and corporate philosophy of the Sucheta International is
to provide high quality footwear‟s through optimum use of resources
by building and maintaining a team of motivated and committed work
force which meets professional and human standards of excellence.
