with the following directions in writing.

(i) The Deputy Collector concerned has to join in the new post,
forthwith.
(ii) Any request for change of posting or grant Of leave will not be
entertained.
(iii) Not joining the new post immediately will be viewed very seriously
and it will lead to initiation of disciplinary action as per Government rules.
(iv) Period Of over stay if any beyond joining time will be treated as
extraordinary leave without pay and allowance without medical certificate as
per FR 108 read with Government Lr.No.53280 / Revenue(Ser.1 )Department
/2004-1 dated 5-5-2006.
(v) As per the Government letter No.44890/FR-Ill/95-1, Personnel and
Administrative Reforms Department dated 28-8-95, in the case Of officers
for whom further posting orders have not been issued, but substitutes have
been posted in their place they should, immediately on relief, report to the
appropriate authority (i.e.) Commissioner of Revenue Administration for
further postings.
(vi) Only in cases Of reporting for duty in person before the
appropriate authority (i.e.) Commissioner of Revenue Administration the
peried between the date Of reporting for duty to the date Of actual joining in a
post subsequently, will be treated as compulsory wait under ruling 3 Of FR
9(6)(b).
