MUTTON CURRY

Heat the below ingredient step by step-

 ½ inch mustard seed


 3 spoon ginger garlic paste Put ingredients in this order keep
 1 onion mixing at each ingredient added until
 1 tomato (big) cooked

METHOD

Mix 500g mutton, 3 spoon curd, tsp( ½ chilli powder, 1 corriander, ½ turmeric, 1 spoon lemon, 2 mutton
masala, 2 salt+extra)

Put this with the ingredients mixture above in pressure cooker.

Let it boil in cooker for 2 hours.

After put coriander leaves and serve

CHICKEN CURRY
Ingredients-

 750g chicken
 2 onions chopped
 ½ tsp turmeric powder
 2 tsp chilli powder
 2tsp coriander powder
 ½ tsp cumin
 ½ tsp garam masala
 200g yoghurt
 Ginger garlic paste 3tsp
 Cloves, cinnamon, cardom

METHOD-

Marinate the chicken with 1tsp of salt, 750g of chicken, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder,
cumin powder and thick curd. (Wait for 2 hours)

Put 3tsp of oil in pan. Add cloves, cinnamon and cardom if needed. Then put the chopped onions in
vessel and fry till it turns brown. Put ginger garlic paste and heat it for 2-3 minutes. Put chicken in the
mix and cover the curry with a lid. And wait till the chicken is cooked.
