Course Objectives:
 To introduce students to the principles of transportation planning, modeling and traffic
engineering

Objectives:
 To equip students with the understanding of transport systems and how they affect the lives of
citizens.
 To prepare students to analytically plan transportation systems by using predetermined policies.
 Analyzing of different alternatives in the selection of Projects for design
 To create student platform for analyzing traffic flow and control
 Understand the role of engineers in traffic management.
