I. Introduction

The name of the product is Marshtruffles, a marshmallow that is coated in condensed


milk and melted cocoa powder with a glazed of crushed cream-o biscuit. The product will benefit
the customers who like to eat sweet foods because its delicious and it has good effect to our
body. The chocolate is proven that it has a powerful source of antioxidants and it is very
nutritious. It also helps to improve brain function and it may reduce heart diseases like heart
attack.

The Marshtruffles aims to offer a competitive price to the customers. Our group aims a
great expectation to our product, we are expecting that this Marshtruffles is a great trend to the
millennials because its fancy. The simple product might become more fancy and more delicious.

Our group will take responsibility to the customers who might dislike our product and we
want to take some suggestions to our product to get more attention to improve it. We will focus
to the customers suggestions and to the benefits of our product. Why are we selling these
products? Because we are creating a new variety of delicious product that is not been make by
the other people. We like to create a product that is more affordable and maybe this product
might create a real business in the future. We are just a student that is to make an income to
our daily expenses.

We also make sure that after we manage to have a successful business, we must not
forget to have an equal distribution of the money that we earn. Before we start this small
business, we manage to give at least great amount of money for our product. We also promise
to make sure that we will serve our customer with great care and never forget to ask more
suggestions.

II. Executive Summary

This Business plan outline is for the plan of our group to create a product that is simple
and delicious. The members are allowed to suggest anything to improve our product and also
the customers are allowed to give us suggestions as well. As a senior high school student, we
will sell our products to the students of our school. We promise to create a clean and safe
product to our customers that will buy our product.
III. The Business proponents

The proponents of the business are the five members of the group that can be
considered as student entrepreneurs. Each of them has something to contribute and they can
be divided based on their capabilities, skills, and interests. We believe that if we divided
ourselves to our business in every section our small business will be a success because of their
passion. Some of the members will be given a task about marketing, financers that would hold
the money that we earn in our business and the one who will create the product. With the help
of technologies we will invite many customers to buy our product and we can provide more
ideas about our product and the customers as well.

The group leader will assign every member to do their task equally. With the help of the
leader, he must be able not to leave his members behind and waste more time in stupid things.
As a leader they must provide orders to their members to follow in a good manner. It is a big
responsibility to be held by a trustworthy person and with full responsibility to make his
members disciplined. The assistant will also help the leader and his members to manage a
great business. Here in our group the leader is not the one who give his suggestions but also
his members are given time to give suggestions to the business. If they manage to gather more
great suggestions the business will become a success.

Lastly, all of the members are required to share more ideas about the business product
the Marshtruffles. With the help of the members, we could manage to create a great
advertisement to our product and to improve also our communication skills.

IV. The Target Customers and the Main Value of Proposition to the Customers

The first launch of our product will be in our school in New Generation International
School, so our main target are the students, teachers and the staff of the school. If outsiders are
allowed to buy our product, will be considered as our customers.

The key customers to our product are the following customers in our society. Some of
them are the customers that is an intended user. They are the one who is in charge in buying a
product with a great value proposition. Next is the predominant customers, they are the
customers who likes to be given enough warranty or discount of the product. And lastly, the last
customers are the one who is just a normal person that buys the product without any regrets or
any reservation to the products business. They are the one who share the same characteristics
as you are. They will give you their product to be sold by your business and they will pay you
back.

The Marshtruffles is the name of our product. The product is affordable, you will cost just
enough of our product because it is affordable and delicious. We would like to create a short
survey to the customers that will buy our product. They will answer the following questions
about our business if they are satisfied in our product and they can also leave a short
suggestion to the product.
V. The Market Justification based on the Industry Dynamics

There are different types of environment in our industry. But we choose the environment
that is accurate to our small business.

Ecological Environment is the one that is appropriate to our business, why? Its because
that the Ecological Business it includes all the inhabitants of any living or non-living things. We
are guaranteed to choose this Industry because we are going to make our business in our
location here in our school. We are not thinking that our product is going to be sold in any other
country because we are just students that is trying to make a small business. Our members are
the one who is capable to sell our own products and not by the outsiders.

VI. The Product Offerings

The Marshtruffles are the product of our group and each of them will be sold in every
customers, we will not make an offer to the customers because we cannot afford to make any
offers to our customers because we are just a students that is trying to start a small business.

VII. The Enterprise and Delivery Strategies

In our business we contribute good amount of money to create our product the
Marshtruffles. We will manage to make the business in a good way and with passion, each one
of our members is assigned in every station in our business and they have rights to suggest
anything about our product. Some of our members will facilitate, invest and some of us will
make the product. We will create a well-defined method to make sure that our product is clean
and safe for our customers. The product is created by hand and didn’t put any machines to help
us to make the product. Lastly, the members of our group is responsible to sell the products and
listed all the suggestions in every customers that would like to suggest anything to our product.

VIII. The Financial Forecasts and Expected Returns, Risks and Contingencies

Here in our small business we are expecting that we will finish our business in just 2
weeks, and we are expecting that the money that we contribute will be given to us in the end.
We the entrepreneur will take risks to make sure that our small business will be a success and
we are going to make sure that this will be memorable. Even we are not a real licensed
entrepreneur we are making this business to have enough experience when it comes to
business. We also make sure that if something might happen to our members we are
responsible for that and for the customers as well.
IX. The Capital Structure and Financial Offerings

Here in our Business we make sure that the income in our business will be share not just
in our product but also in our members as well, because our members contribute enough money
to the product that we created. Maybe someday after we finished selling our product within 2
weeks, we might earn high amount of money that will be distributed each one of my members.
The business will increased and the product is becoming a trend.
