    Good day!

    In line with the DepEd Order Number 32, series of 2018 on the Policy Guidelines on the
    Collection of Data/Information requirements for the Beginning of School Year 2018-2019
    in the Learner’s Information System and Enhanced Basic Education Information System,
    Punong Grande National High School rigorously follow the stated order to establish
    accurate and reliable registry of learners in the LIS.

    Last July 2018, all teachers/advisers were tasked to enroll their learners in the system.
    Few issues were met like pending enrolment and form validation/cannot enroll in the
    same grade.

    One of the learners in Grade 7 with issue/concern is LUTERO, JEAN MARK MADAR from
    Kalilangan National High School was promoted in Grade 7 School Year 2016-2017 based
    on the learner’s previous school’s LIS. His teacher/adviser in Punong Grande NHS
    requested Form 137 (SF 10) from Kalilangan NHS and found out that the learner got
    failing grades in all his subjects in Grade 7. Supposedly, the learner’s status is retain from
    Grade 7.

    We had submitted our request to the Central Office regarding this issue last October 2018
    and we already called the School Principal of Kalilangan NHS for appropriate action but
    until now, every time we enroll the learner, same issue occur.

    Hoping for your appropriate and immediate action regarding this matter.
