ACTIVITY
Description Supreme Pupil/Student Government election for the
incoming school year 2022-2023 was successfully
conducted last September 14, 2022, Wednesday. The said
election wouldn’t have been possible without the
preparation of all the Youth COMEA Committees together
with the support of their advisers through several meetings
to accomplish the necessary proceedings on the flow of
electing new set of officers.

Objectives 1. To conduct a manual SPG/SSG Election for the School

Year 2022-2023 in this new normal.
2. To instill in the hearts and minds of the students the
importance of election and the essence of democracy
as a whole.
3. To develop leaners’ leadership potentials, skills, and
passion to serve.

In compliance with Samar Division Memo No. 319, s. 2022

entitled “Conduct of Supreme Pupil and Supreme
Student Government School-Level Elections for SY
2022-2023”.
Management and Monitoring The SPG/SSG Manual Election was successfully conducted
Strategies through the help of the teachers and learners.

Logistic Arrangement The needed financial support was taken from the School’s
MOOE.

RESULT
Output/s Pictures and Official Results
Innovation/Initiatives Crafted voting schedules for each grade level to avoid
overcrowding, in order to adhere with the minimum health
and safety standards.
Participants’ Feedback Students and teachers were thankful because of the success
of the election despite the pandemic.
Issues and Challenges Safety concerns and issues due to the pandemic.
 Intervention Implemented Safety and precautionary measures such as temperature
scans,
New Planned Strategies for Messenger voting polls for those who have android phones
Next Conduct with internet connection.
