Greetings!
In pursuant to DepEd Memorandum 08, s.2023 known as Multi-year Guidelines on the
Results-Based Performance Management System-Philippine Professional Standard for Teachers
provides the guidelines on the performance management and appraisal of teachers using the 14
indicators in the RPMS for SY 2022-2023.
In this connection, may I request from your good office to allow the conduct of School LAC
on PERFORMANCE PLANNING & COMMITMENT (PHASE 1), SY 2022-2023 at Danao Elementary
School on March 20,2023.
The participants of the said activities are teachers from Danao & Oguisan Elementary
School.
May we request also that expenses incurred in this activity shall be charge to the school
MOOE fund of the said schools. Attached herewith is the Training Design and Matrix of this activity.
We are looking for a positive response on this matter.

ANNOUNCING THE CONDUCT OF PERFORMANCE PLANNING & COMMITMENT (PHASE 1)

To: Danao & Oguisan ES Teachers

1. In the continued pursuit in making school achieve its goals, this office announces to the field
that the Cluster of Liwayway Elementary School will conduct a Learning Action Cell (LAC)
On PERFORMANCE PLANNING & COMMITMENT (PHASE 1) on February 28, 2022 at
Danao Elementary School, MacArthur II District, MacArthur, Leyte.

2. Anent thereto, all teachers of Danao & Oguisan Elementary School must bring their own
laptop and other ICT paraphernalia so that they can work-on and accomplished the outputs
required for the said workshop.

3. It expected that all participants of this activity must observed the minimum health
standards set by the DOH/IATF protocols. Thus, bringing of hand sanitizer/ alcohol and
constant wearing of face mask and face shield are highly advised.

4. Expensed incurred in this activity shall be charged to school MOOE subject to the usual
COA and auditing rules and procedure.

5. Immediate and wide dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
