Kesimpulan :
data.
menyebabkan casing collapse kembali dikemudian hari.
dilakukan remedial terlebih dahulu.
9. Terdapat 2 (dua) opsi Wellhead Configuration untuk sumur HCE-30A:
Wellhead & 10” Master Valve baru.

4.2. RIH and tag obstruction (est.400-468 m) with 3 klbs and determine
this as top collapsed casing, pick up approximately 0.5 meter,
circulated bottoms up with maximum flow rate, take and record
parameters PUW and SOW.
4.3. Start reaming down the obstruction with parameter 20-30 RPM, max
flow rate, 2 -5 klbs WOB to 9-5/8” Top Casing Liner (+ 1409 m).
Noted: If can’t pass thru obstruction, POOH and go to step B.
Milling Casing Collapse.(Optional Running Impression Block)
4.4. Once the clear of obstruction (indicated by torque), work the pipe
between casing collapse interval. Check if there is any indication of
noticeable obstruction.
4.4.1. Observe the parameter based on reaming progress.
4.4.2. During ream obstruction keep hole full and monitoring
pressure.
4.4.3. Circulate with max flow rate for 10 minutes on every 1 hour
milling.
4.4.4. If any increase of torque during running to bottom, find out
this condition by observe the combination of torque and also
the drag of the drill sting and report to COMPANY MAN.
Attempt to ream the tight spot and circulate with
maximum GPM.
4.5. Pull out of hole the string. Try normal pull, if tight hole indicated,
POOH with back ream to surface and continue lay down the 12” Taper
Mill.
Noted: Proceed to step C. Reaming & Casing Clearance up to
TD (+ 2566 m)
4.9. Once the clear of obstruction (indicated by torque), work the pipe
between the milled casing interval. Check if there is any indication of
noticeable obstruction.
4.9.1. Observe the parameter based on milling progress.
4.9.2. Circulate with max flow rate for 10 minutes on every 1 hour
milling.
4.9.3. If any increase of torque, find out this condition by observe
the combination of torque and also the drag of the drill sting
and report to COMPANY MAN.
Attempt to ream the tight spot and circulate with
maximum GPM.
4.9.4. Pull out of hole the string. Try normal pull, if tight hole
indicated, POOH with back ream to surface and continue lay
down the 12” Flat Bottom Mill.
5. LOGGING JOB #1
5.1. M/U Dummy tools for logging job.
5.2. RIH Dummy tools for logging job until reach TD (+ 2566 m).
5.3. POOH Dummy tools to surface.
5.4. M/U dan RIH Wireline Logging Tools (PT Survey, MFC and CBL) until
reach TD (+ 2566 m).
5.5. Evaluation Logging Job.
Noted: The detailed program can follow and refer to Appendix
of this program. Confirm the program with Geologist &
Production Engineer and discuss with Drilling Superintendent.
6.11. RIH with BHA 12-1/4” bit assembly, tag the TOC and record TOC.
6.12. Redress the cement to 9-5/8” TOL, closed rams and conduct pressure
test with various 100 psi for 5 minutes then 200 psi for 5 minutes.
6.13. POOH string to surface.
7. LOGGING JOB #2
7.1. M/U Dummy tools for logging job.
7.2. RIH Dummy tools for logging job until reach 9-5/8” Tieback Casing
Shoe (+ 1400 m).
7.3. POOH Dummy tools to surface.
7.4. M/U dan RIH Wireline Logging Tools (CBL) until reach 9-5/8” Tieback
Casing Shoe (+ 1400 m).
7.5. Evaluation Logging Job.
Note: The detailed program can follow and refer to Appendix of
this program. Confirm the program with Geologist &
Production Engineer and discuss with Drilling Superintendent.
8. COMPLETION
8.1. Close master valve and secure the well. Always keep pumping from
backside (wing valve) during closed master valve.
8.2. Nipple down the BOP equipment.
8.2.1. Keep pumping the hole from annulus with pumping rate at
least 60 ltr/sec during nipple down BOP.
8.2.2. Stop quenching and remove all water line to the well.
8.2.3. Reinstall wellhead tee.
8.2.4. Recheck and tighten all wellhead flanges.
8.3. Shut in and flowing the well.
8.4. Rig down and Move to HCE-28 Well.
