Kesimpulan :

data.
menyebabkan casing collapse kembali dikemudian hari.
dilakukan remedial terlebih dahulu.
9. Terdapat 2 (dua) opsi Wellhead Configuration untuk sumur HCE-30A:
Wellhead & 10” Master Valve baru.

1. RIG UP WORKOVER RIG, SAFETY, AND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT

1.1. Ensure production line at the top of wellhead has been laid down prior
to start rig up.
1.2. Review rig up plan with drilling service contractor’s representatives to
identify critical issues, risks mitigations (Risk Assessment
recommendations), and resolve conflicts. (ensure the well have
been shut in by Operations GDE).
1.3. Conduct pre-spud meeting. Conduct JSA for simultaneous operations
if applicable.
1.4. Test BOP on the test stump. LP test to 250 PSI for 5 minutes and HP
test to 2000 PSI for 10 minute. Company Man to witness and to
accept the test.
1.5. Function test water supply system include rig mud pump. Expect total
sustainable deliverability of 24 bpm (60 ltr/sec). Install flow meter on
water supply line and measure flow rates received on location is
24bpm (60 ltr/sec).(refer to Water Supply Diagram)
1.5.1. Test fresh water lines to water ponds until no flow rate drop
found.
1.5.2. Test fresh water lines to rig water tanks until no flow rate drop
found.
1.6. H2S monitoring equipment.
1.6.1. Update rig crew training on H2S hazards, awareness, and
incident response.
1.6.2. Function test & drill
1.7. Communication systems including Emergency Response Team and
operations support, service companies, and data transmission.
1.8. Conduct rig and drill site inspection with EBTKE Inspectors, Company
Representative and Contractor HSE representatives. Resolve critical
issues prior to commencement workover of HCE-30A.

2. KILLING & QUENCHING

2.1. Connect killing and quenching system and injection pipelines to 3-1/8”
Wing Valves.
2.1.1. Install pressure gauge on Wing Valve outlet lines and verify
those had been calibrated.
2.1.2. Check initial WHP
2.1.3. Prepare rig pump to start killing
2.2. Start pump water and raise pressure until slightly higher than
Wellhead Pressure (WHP).
2.3. Start killing the well.
Noted: Well testing team will advise once we started to
increase the pumping rate and give decision when well is zero
pressure
2.4. Monitor & record of flow rate and Wellhead Pressure (WHP) during
killing the wells.
2.5. Ensure that there is adequate space below the master valve to
accommodate downward movement caused by killing/quenching the
well.
2.6. When well is zero pressure, keep mantain flowrate at least 60 l/s (24
bpm / 950 gpm) for quenching the well to cool down temperature.
2.6.1. Monitor temperature & pressure in first few hours.
2.6.2. Once P&T stable, continue to install 13-3/8” Hot Packer

3. INSTALL NEW 20” WELLHEAD, 13-5/8” EXP.SPOOL AND 12” MASTER

WALVE
3.1. Remove & lay down 12” Master Valve and 13-5/8” Expansion Spool.
3.2. Cut Wellhead Clamp and 20” Casing c/w 20” Wellhead.
3.2.1. Observe annulus 13-3/8” X 20” Casing. (Top Job if required)
3.3. Install & weld 20” Wellhead with 20” casing prewelded on 20” Casing.
3.4. Install 13-5/8” Exp. Spool and 12” Master Valve, N/U BOP and
continue retrieve 13-3/8” Hot Packer.
3.5. Conduct pressure test and function test on all BOP equipment against
Master Valve.

4. CASING CLEARANCE

good working condition.
 Remove casing thread protectors. Clean both pin and box ends
thoroughly using water-based thread cleaner. Visual-inspect
threads. Inspect and drift with proper API drift all joints for any
debris.
